Wonder if anyone at Dwane Reed ever reads these reviews and if they give a shit about this poorly managed store with horrible customer service?The pharmacy is under staffed, because Walgreens doesn't care if you wait 30 minutes to pick up your meds. And they underpay staff. The Walgreen website for ordering drugs is a joke.The portly manage is rude, offensive, and incompetent. I've heard him complaining about customers in front of and within hear shot of customers.While I don't like buying from Amazon, at least it isn't Walgreens.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. Long waits in the drive through. Endless holds on the phone. When you finally get through, they will put you on hold again and then the call is dropped. Even when doctor calls to confirm receipt of the prescription, they will say they've not received it. Each month, there seems to another issue with the same prescription. Please hire more people. They are always short staffed. I dread going here or calling.

Choose a different pharmacy! Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to pick up a prescription there is some sort of issue. Pharmacy customer service is awful. I am moving mine and my families prescriptions to another pharmacy. Also they randomly close due to some sort of "issue". Several times I have gone to get a prescription to pull up and they are closed due to whatever excuse. Obviously things happen but it has happened multiple times. Along with some sort of issue with a refill or new rx, I have had enough.

Mel the manager is the most unpleasant person i have ever met, he is awful at his job and rude to customers when he is asked to perform an offered service he doesn't know how to do.

Called to clarify a prescription. After being on hold for 15minutes, I was disconnected THREE TIMES. They don't have enough staff or they don't have a good phone system.I wouldn't bring my prescriptions here.

While the pharmacists have been wonderful to me, the rest of the pharmacy staff have not. One woman in particular is surly. They have messed up my prescriptions more than once-this week latest incident. The pharmacist quickly called to tell me not to take the drug-the technician had not given me the right drug. All I can say is Walgreen's needs to redo the pharmacy tech staffing and do it now before they kill someone. And, as one reviewer said, the staff look miserable and as if they want to be anywhere but there.

Buyer beware! Item marked $5.99 in the store and online at the Walgreen's site and 50% off of the second one. When I got home I discovered they had charged me $6.99 for the first one and $3.49 for the second - cheated me out of $1.62. Funny how these errors always end up costing the customer $$$$.

Started going there two or three years ago. Been one problem after another. Last night waited 45 minutes in the drive through only to then be told the prescription we called in two days ago they did not have. But if we were willing to take the medication by a different maker for double the price they could help us. Every single month this Walgreens screws up something.
