Always delayed, they tell me it will be ready in 20-30 min then it’s not ready for another day or two. This has happened multiple times. I don’t understand why there is always an issue getting meds filled here.

Medications are always not ready even if you get a message saying they are. Wait times are horrendous, understaffed. Will randomly close, not reliable at all. Especially when you need medication after a surgery come on. The pharmacy staff treat their customers horribly as well

Staff were friendly and I was able to get what I went there for.

Worst pharmacy in town! They close the pharmacy early because they refuse to provide adequate staffing levels to support their, already overworked, staff! I'm confident in that statement because it takes 30 minutes to get someone on the phone when they are open. Walgreens is a big enough company to be able to appropriately staff their locations, so this is unacceptable.

Shame on Walgreens for their poor management. I just witnessed a sole employee at the register being slammed with a line of customers. This employee had not been trained to remove the theft control devices this company puts on liquid detergent. She did not know how to use the intercom to ask for assistance. It was painful to watch her struggle and none of this is her fault. Three of us walked out because the wait was ridiculous.

The staff are so mean here. I went in to pick up two books of stamps that I had already paid for online. The lady who helped me was so grouchy. She couldn't figure out how to use her scanning Device and she kind of took it out on me. I asked her if I was allowed to leave since she had kept me there a little too long. She got super Duper mad at me because I gave her my legal name that was on my credit card that I paid with and not my nickname that I placed the order under. I heard her mutter under her breath calling me stupid. That's not so nice to do. I've never ordered anything online from Walgreens to in-store pick up so I assume they would need my legal name that was on my credit card how was I supposed to know? anyway after she just kept getting meaner I decided to just return the stamps and go to the post office. Her manager was standing right there the whole time and he said we are just so busy we try to keep a positive attitude. I don't think he cared either. Now I'll own this all day, I can be pretty goofy but I'm not mean. Maybe don't call your customers stupid it's not very nice.

For the past 3-4 months, every time I try to pick up my prescriptions (that do not change) it takes me at least a week from when I first call to request the refill, to when I actually have it in my hands. It’s absurd and so frustrating. At least 1-2x when I try to pick them up, the pharmacy is randomly closed during the hours which they say that they are open- it’s always a gamble. Every time I call there is a wait- it’s been anywhere from a few minutes to FORTY minutes- again, it’s always a gamble. I don’t think this is the situation at every Walgreens pharmacy, but geezus it is at this location. Best advice: go to a different pharmacy/location!

The Walgreens is a basic Walgreens. Now this location is located right off the bus line, products are heavily controlled with security devices. When I walked in, it appeared mabe the store manager & asst manager were in the front discussing products & sales. Yet, no one spoke to me. More importantly the STORE music is horrible, energy draining, sleepy, & depressing. I understand why reviews are upsetting with employee interactions, the employees appear to be depressed too. Music is a universal cure

If you want to wait around for an hour in line to have them tell you that they hadn't started your prescriptions after going for a refill alert, then wait another hour for them to fill it. It's a great place to go

If I could give a 0 star, I would! This pharmacy was so busy, they decided not to fill any electronic prescriptions that came in this morning, according to the pharmacist. My daughter had oral surgery this morning, and her oral surgeon electronically sent 4 prescriptions to them. At 3 pm, when we still had not heard from them, I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist told me if I wanted to get those prescriptions today, I would need to come in and stay there and wait for them. I asked if they could transfer them to a different Walgreens and they just said , "No." So I went in and waited, and that alone was over an hour. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to observe the poor way they treated other customers as well. We had already had similar (but not as overtly awful) experiences there, and have transferred out prescriptions to another Walgreens. I just thought it would be easier today since this one was closer. I was so wrong! I am a nurse in town, and you can bet I will be sharing these experiences with any patient I can. The pharmacy staff there lack compassion, and basic human social skills.

There is a red-haired clerk with glasses in the drive =-thru section. He does not know how to enter Walgreens points on the customer receipt and refuses to learn. The other day, after waiting in line behind 6 cars, he told me I then had to enter the store to get my points (and wait in line again). In the same transaction, he never talked to me nor asked how I wanted to pay for my prescription. He immediately charged my card without asking permission. When I asked him to get someone in the store to the window to enter my points, he then started arguing with me. This is not the first interaction I have had with him. Other clerks, if they don't know how to enter rewards points, immediately get store help.

Had an awful experience right after I was released from the hospital my Mom and I headed to this Walgreens pharmacy on Coors and Montaño. My my mother speaks broken english and her first go is Spanish the staff member replied very rude to my Mother. If I wasn’t so groggy from surgery she would have heard my thoughts about how she spoke to my Mother. The staff needs to be trained to be more culturally sensitive I don’t appreciate anyone talking to my Mother the way the pharmacist did. I wish I would have gotten her name. I have to say the customer service here is appalling.

If you like sitting and waiting forever, go to this location. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes per customer. Refill delays, even though notified your prescriptions ready for pickup. No urgency as others have also stated. Terrible service!!!

This is my 'neighborhood' Walgreens and I'm a pretty frequent customer. The good: the store is clean and the staff are almost always very helpful and friendly. They've helped me find things, helped with a photo order gone wrong, and are nice at the registers. Curbside pickup is awesome and easy. The less good: their pharmacy is busy, all the time it seems. I plan to spend 15-30 minutes on picking up prescriptions because there is usually 2-3 people in line inside and like six cars in the drive-thru (that's definitely a covid effect). I received a flu shot there last year and that was delayed well past my appointment time as well. The pharmacy closes for lunch every day, so my guess is they are short-staffed like everyone else these days. Good to know if you are in a hurry, though. No booze at this one. The one further south on Coors closer to I-40 does have alcohol. All in all, it's a pretty good place and I am not annoyed by the pharmacy wait times enough to move my prescriptions elsewhere. It just requires a bit more planning!
