Always waiting excessive amounts of time for prescriptions here. It was sent at 3:45 pm it's now 7:05pm and I've been told it will be 5 more minutes 3 times. I left and got gas and I'm still here waiting. They have a horrible attitude about it too. Last time I have a prescription sent here. This has happend 4 or 5 times before at this location. I wouldn't be upset if I wasn't relying on this medication to make me feel better. This is hell and they could care less.

Not even joking I think they tell their employees to make people feel as weird as possible. I'm autistic so I get being socially inept but I swear every time I go in there's a different cashier and each time the cashier is doing something weird. I went in one time and the cashier was telling everyone in line about pennies and before he gave anyone their change he had to inspect all of the coins to make sure he didn't want them in his collection. That's a bit autistic and it was kinda cute how passionate he was about the coins but then another time there was a different cashier who was ranting about something, I don't even know what it was about because he was mumbling it and not pausing between customers so who knows what the rant was about. It was a bit weird but whatever. Tonight the cashier was yelling at a balloon that was stuck on a sign and then had to "inspect" my bag of chips even though there was no sign it had been opened or tampered with and didn't put it in the bag with the rest of my stuff. Like that's weird right? Every other Walgreens I've been to in the area has employees that act normal and make regular small talk

Worse experience with the pharmacist who CLEARLY has zero desire to do the right thing for patients. Attitude is appaling to be in the medical field. Essentially refused to help in any capacity with zero regard to filling a prescription to avoid going without during travel. Extremely unacceptable and will never recommend and will never use or recommemd to patients we provide services to in Rio Rancho and surrounding areas. Shame on you guys!

I would give 8 stars if I couldThis review is for the MANAGER of Walgreens at unser blvd and McMahon albuquerque NMyou have an employee who is Professional/knowledgeable/friendly/just generally likes to help people.Dahlia answered the phone this morning when I called. I explained I was having trouble getting to store to pu my rx and asked if it could be delivered or mail for a fee. I live 2 blocks away. She right of way told me they will door dash it for free. However she realized I owe for the rx and needed to set up my payment info. I hesitantly asked if I had to do this on line. She said no she would send me a link and if I put her on speaker she'd stay on phone while I did it. Success! Afterwards she said she would call me when she saw it all set up. And she did call to let me know I can expect my medicine today 330 to 345pm. Now that is top knotch customer service

This pharmacy is a million times faster than the one on Paradise and Unser. You can get in and out usually within 10 minutes and they rarely have an issue with filling prescriptions.

Constant problems! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Despite requesting that my injection be ready on the first of every month no one can get it together. If it wasn't for the terrific pharmacist Nicole I would take my business to CVS. She is my only reason for staying.

I usually have a good experience coming to this location. However, whoever was working drive thru today did not leave a good impression. She said,"How may I help you today?" I said, "I'd just like to pick up my prescription". She responded with,"Um, yea. Just tell me the name". She said it with an attitude. I told her the name and she verified the address. The whole time she just sounded angry. It made me uncomfortable. I had some questions about my prescriptions that are important to me. The way she was speaking to me made me not want to ask them. The bags that held my prescriptions had the instruction/info page crumpled in and slightly torn. The whole situation would've been made better if she simply said,'Have a good day' or something to that equivalent. That's what they normally do. It doesn't seem like much but it does make a difference. I had to move from CVS to Walgreens because they no longer accept my insurance. The customer service is vastly different. The workers seem depressed to be there(Walgreens in general) and unhappy to see customers. It's understandable but it shouldn't impact the way they treat the customers. That's half the job. Customer interaction. We're all human beings and should treat each other with kindness.

Dalia, the pharmacy manager, is BEYOND stellar. My husband needed a blood thinner to deal with blood clots brought on by chemotherapy; the price for one prescription fill was $500. Considering we've been dealing with him being out of work, chemotherapy appointments, etc. this was a cost I just could not manage. Dalia found a way to get this desperately needed prescription for $10 for me. Everyone there contributed, was helpful and courteous, but Dalia honestly saved my husband and I so much stress and worry. THANK YOU DALIA!!!

Really hating the fancy doors on the coolers . Between the changing images and not knowing what's actually stocked, they are very irritating.

My daughter was running errands for me. After death of my oldest son/her brother, she has done everything to drive 100 miles and come here to Albuquerque She was treated rudelyThe front cashier was racist. She called my daughter a bitter old white bitch. My daughter who is in her 30s and part Native American was appalled My youngest son worked for Walgreens for 16 plus years. I have never seen such contempt for customers openly The cashier should be fired Other customers didn't know how to react. My daughter had to leave.
