I was needing my medicine from pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes saying there was one person ahead of me. Then was hung up on. Then called back and had to wait another 40 minutes with three people ahead of me. Tried talking to somebody when I was finally answered. I asked for the "Manager" who was less than professional. She made it as if it was the patients fault because they don't have staff. I have herd this pharmacy was not a great place and didn't listen because beforehand I had great service. Now I understand that it's not the best place to go. I know better now because it's the patients fault for no service smfh

Great experience. I had a question about a service they might provide. Although they didn't provide it, they took the time to look into what options could be done. It really made me feel pleased.

Today at 9:35pm the females workers pretended there systems where down meanwhile all other pos were operating told everyone "it's gonna take a long time to load and we close at ten so..." awful customer service lazy workers like that are the reason Walgreens are shutting down

Don't bother with auto refill because it does not work! They also keep you on hold forever, don't call you or text if your prescription is in or need info from doctor, and the drive thru line is SLOW. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to.

They ignore you and leave you sitting in the drive through line until it’s their lunch break or closing time, then just turn off the lights and leave even though you’ve already been sitting there waiting for them for 30 minutes. Ridiculous

THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! I had crippling back pain all day today so I bought some things thru the app to help with the pain and also Castle burgers for an easy dinner. One item was missing (Castle burgers). I called and spoke to the manager and told her the item was missing. She told me they didn't put it in the package (it was still in their freezer) and told me to go pick it up. I explained to her that I can barely walk because of back pain--that's why I purchased to deliver. She said I'd have to pay again to have it delivered. I said I wouldn't because I already paid and tipped the driver and it was their fault I didn't get the item. She said there's nothing they could do. So I asked that she refund the item I never got. She said she wouldn't and that I needed to call Door dash and ask them to give a refund. I told her I didn't do business with Door dash and Walgreens needed to give me the refund. She said she was going to hang up because she didn't like how I was talking to her (I did raise my voice after all this ridiculousness). It was awful and frustrating when I was already having a terrible day. I said I'll complain to corporate and asked what her name was. She said she didn't have to give me that information. Vile....

The pharmacist at this location is rude and incompetent. Look at the other reviews. You will see. I attempted to call in my prescription and unfortunately the pharmacist is then one who answered and not one of the nice techs. She was incomprehensible. She held me on the phone 20 mins. To try and fill a simple prescription I get every month. Not explaining why she was having a problem. Then finally says something about my insurance and names off the wrong insurance, that I've never had. I said I think you are looking up the wrong person. She then proceeds to say my name and I said yes but that's not my insurance, I just came in and give you my insurance. She then puts me on hold so long the phone starts ringing back in. Then she lets it ring and ring before finally picking up and asking was it me. I said yes and she starts saying 11. I said what? She said 11. I said excuse me I don't. And before I could finish she just hangs up on me. I call back to be told my the automated operator that my wait time was long so I get in my car and drive over where she then says I said it would be ready by 11. I said no you did not. You just mumble and hung up on me. You knew I didn't understand you so I would appreciate you filling it now so I don't have to drive all the way back. She refuses so I said fine I will pick it up at 11 then change pharmacies... she then threatens that she will not fill it at all. I get manager who then goes back to try and calm his apparently crazy employee and she agrees to fill it. I am going back to get it at 11 and it had better be ready. I then will be moving my prescription to pharmacy that doesn't let their employees dip into the meds. Coo coo for cocoa puffs.

Generally excellent but on several occasions they let the supply of Stella Artois run out during a promotion. That cannot be allowed, my friends in the liquor department. Pharmacy is efficient. But the policy of only allowing pharmacy customers to use the restroom, and having to be escorted there by a staff member, despite contributing to the cleanliness of the facilities (which is only okay anyway) is obnoxious. Thus four stars

Shorted me on my antibiotics, when I went back they said their records were correct. On the bottle it said no refills, prescription said refills, didn't even offer to refill. Went without antibiotics for the weekend, Dr verified their was a refill...bad business!
