I suppose another underwhelming review won't make a difference, but I'm just so over it with Walgreens Pharmacy. I got a prescription for antibiotic eyedrops....usually the kind of thing you need filled rather quickly, because, you know, infections tend to get worse without treatment. It was called in on Sunday, and Monday was a holiday, so I've been patient, but it's still not ready on Wednesday! I went to the store to ask when it would be ready and the guy said "We can have it for you in 5-10 minutes if just want to wait in the store. We'll announce your name when it's ready." 25 minutes later I went to the counter to find out what was going on and was told they were closing for lunch and could *maybe* have it for me later today. !!!????! Why would you tell me to wait in the store if you couldn't actually do it?

This is my go to Walgreens, and the staff is always helpful and friendly, however it seems they are no longer enforcing the city and statewide mask mandate. Not fair to expect the low wage earning employees to enforce this however l know that Walgreens can afford to hire some security to help them out. So don't go there unless you want to be exposed to covid, which is currently killing 4000 Americans every day.

Went to this Walgreens to exchange a charger cord as I got the wrong one from another store by mistake the previous day. The clerk who helped me was named Angel & he was very kind, quick & helpful. He ensured I got the correct cord and completely the exchange for me. Lovely human. Don't see that too often anymore. They receive 5 stars from me on this day. It's nice to have things go smoothly & have people to help you who know what they're doing.

I went in with Good RX Coupon for Walgreens for Prescription to be transferred from Albertsons. Took half an hour to update my profile, but the young ladies were nice. But then the Pharmacist stepped in & she's rude and I knew it wouldn't be filled correctly. So I call this Morning Monday to make sure it was the right amount and sure enough she didn't do it right. However, the gentlemen who helped me fixed right away and I went in and got it. You can't have Pharmacists who are like this. If they don't like their job they should leave, period plain and simple. This was an opportunity to get my business from Albertsons and she failed MISERABLY! I will say however, the front employees are more than friendly and make it nice to shop there. The 1 Star is for this PHARMACIST Who has been mentioned in other posts for doing this!

The employees are so friendly here! Lately, all around Albuquerque, I have had many experiences where the walgreens employees are just rude & act like I am a bother to them but not this walgreens! They are very helpful and I truly enjoy going there!

No wonder why they have 2.5 stars already... So i had asked before the hours for the pharmacy... I asked specifically about a shot and If it was quick and if it could be done in a timely manner, they said any time before 6... I get here close to 6 (5:50) yes I guess to close but that's exactly why I had asked and the rude woman in the pharmacy said no comeback tomorrow... she was too lazy to do some work that would only take about 5 minutes at most, I know where I'm never coming back.

I love Walgreens and I have always used the one on Unser and Arenal , however we've recently moved. I had had my doctor send my prescription to this location from now on, I had recently been sent in a prescription and had to go back 4 times to pick it up, every time I had gone it wasn't ready, this was in the span of 2 days!!! The first day I had gone to get it the girl working drive thru said it wasn't ready and I was okay with it, it had been 4 hours since the prescription was sent it I just assumed it was a busier location, so my boyfriend and I went to dinner and a movie, we went back the same day and I was inside because the line outside was long, another female who was working she was in blue scrubs, had told me my doctor never sent my prescription in, which I found odd because I had gotten 3 emails says all 3 of my prescriptions were ready, I had assumed maybe my doctor called my old location by accident so I checked and the pickup location was right where I was! She was rude and and didn't bother checking when I asked her to please double check. She refused. So I leave fairly upset. I call the next morning and asked to speak to someone in charge, I wasn't going to make a statement of what happened I really just needed my prescriptions, but I wanted someone he knew what they were doing, he said my prescriptions were ready for pickup whenever I was ready, so I go about 5 pm, I go through the drive thru and another female was working, I hadn't seen this girl yet, so she's very very kind and she tells me they aren't ready ..? I was relatively confused because I had spoken to the pharmacist earlier in the morning, she said they'd be ready in 20 minutes, so I go inside, I felt relatively bad for this girl because the entire time I'm there inside she's the only one working the drive thru and inside area! When mine were finished and I was able to get them, I noticed the pharmacist and female that was rude the night before laughing and joking around in the back, well this poor girl was rushing everywhere because it was super busy ! Finally she called I'm guessing a manager for help , and as soon as the call was made , the pharmacist and other female came out from hiding to start helping. I wish I would've got her name because she was the best !

The entrance of the store is disgusting. There is Pigeon feces everywhere and you must walk on it in order to enter the store. I informed the employee and asked that she please let the Manager know this. She interrupted me and said we clean it 3-4 times a day. The feces is not new and is a health hazard. I am posting this so action will be taken.
