We are lucky enough to work with Berniece. We met her at one of the open houses when we are looking for a house. She was very accommodating to all our questions even if she is not yet our agent then and much more when she become our agent of choice. She is hands on and looks after our best interest. She keeps us updated and even if after we closed the property she is still reachable and answers our queries. All good words for her. Highly recommended!

We feel like we gained a new member of our family, her name is Bernice Gentry, of Vista Encanta realtors, LLC, She is real estate agent extraordinaire. From the moment we spoke with Bernice over the phone, we felt immediately comfortable with her ability to help navigate us rookies throughout the entire process of selling our property in New Mexico in order for us to purchase and secure our new home in California. What we thought to be a daunting and very complicated process was made easier with Bernice's calm and professional demeanor. Bernice was in constant contact with us every step of the way, always available at any time to answer questions and to outline upcoming steps and details. I worked with Megan England to find my first home! We started out looking at land in the east mountains and then found the right house already built. Megan was great at walking me through each step and was there for every up and every down. She not only helped with the house but also with all the other things incl finding people for repairs, people to ask about services etc. I am really glad I got connected with her and I would highly recommend her services.

Kurstin, Pam, and Connie were amazing to work with. Kurstin was referred to me after I did some shopping around for a listing agent and I’m so glad to have worked with them. Kurstin didn’t try to put a sell on me, she was genuine and knowledgeable and very responsive. When it came time to work with her office, Pam and Connie were just as wonderful. I highly recommend her and her team, and I look forward to the day I get to work with them again.

Just closed on a house with Megan. She was my seller's realtor and even though I had planned on a direct purchase the sellers wanted her to handle the transaction. Even with their previous relationship Megan did a great job mediating the home purchase where both parties were happy with any concessions and the purchase happened seamlessly.

Kurstin Johnson was recommended by my boss, as she was her realtor and had nothing but nice and encouraging words to say about Kurstin. I have to say my boss was right. Kurstin made herself immediately available to take my call. I explained a little bit about my home ownership journey and told her that I believe I'm ready to pursue the purchase of a home. She asked me what type of home I was looking for and a price range. She quickly sent me referrals for financing, links to her website, and set me up with real-time new on the market referrals. Kurstin and her team made my whole journey comfortable and less stressful. She was very prompt and accommodating to my needs and requests. All the while she was very friendly and always explained in layman's terms each step of the process. I never felt neglected or unimportant. I have to also give kudos Rolando, Kurstin's associate, for being there for me and for her when necessary. I have to say I feel very fortunate to have had Kurstin and her team who helped me find that perfect home.

We feel so lucky to have found a realtor who is a true follow-up and follow through individual. Megan England was referred to us by a friend who has used her service multiple times and stated that she was the only one they would use to buy a home in Albuquerque. Megan was always responsive, no matter what time of day and no matter what else she had going on. She had all the answers, if not immediately, she had the connections to get the right answer post haste.
