Oh my goodness this place was busy and I just wanted to know if other locations had a shorter wait time after we were quoted that would be over 30-40 minute wait. For a phone company they gave me the biggest runaround, for making a simple phone call. I called the San Mateo location which routes you to a auto bot who eventually sent me to an operator in Texas, (who later reveals her location after she can't figure out the stores numbers), which is supposed to be the number I called. I wanted to call several stores, but she couldn't figure that out unless I had ZIP Codes and even this, if it ever happened, does not go the local store. They are still going to end up sending me eventually back to her. Needless to say we ended up walking out of the store after waiting 30 minutes and never getting anywhere to find out other location wait times. I was happy to do the calling myself if I could reach each store directly. My simple question was, Is there a wait at your store and how long is It? A simple phone call was a waste of my time 30 min. and theirs. Let's say that overall the store receives poor customer satisfaction, both in person and on the phone. Verizon, figure out some way to make your customers able to reach the store they are calling. We never got any help in this store.

Checked in Saturday evening and and was called in a few minutes. Was shown all my options but no pressure to buy new Phone, bring my own was fine. Also big discount on 5G WiFi for bundling phone and WiFi. Excellent service overall.

I went in to get my new iPhone set up , get the data transferred and delete all files on my old phone. Chad helped me efficiently and effectively. He was very pleasant and didn't make me feel dumb. Good on you, Chad. Thank you.

I hvn't bn here in years and was a bit worried by recent reviews, but guess what, today was another good day for me and this corner Verizon.Lino met me at the door, was polite, efficient, got to the crux of my concerns, showed me where to look on my phone and pointed me, politely, in the right direction without trying to shake me down or get me to buy anything more than what i need at this time.Well done!

worst Verizon store in Albuquerque!The sales agents are rude and ignore you when you walk in. My agent kept looking at his phone and had no patience for my questions.I left the store feeling like I was ignorant about my new IPhone.They now have a $30.00 charge for transferring your old phone to your new phone. crazy!

If I had read the reviews I would not be writing this. 1.2 on trust pilot and 2 stars for Verizon Corp. I got the double whammy. I got 2 identical galaxy and the headphone jack has distortion and static. 2nd whammy is Verizon blaming their scam victims. Me. So hope this helps others avoid the scam. I didn't hear the 35 each line Activation fee until I got the bill. Level 2 technical support threatened to cut off my service if I didn't cooperate. Lmao entire company on scam mode.

Worst customer service and the biggest waste of time I've ever encountered. Walked in and took 2 hours for them to tell me they processed my credit and there is an issue with the the processor. Absolute trash!!!! AVOID THIS WALK IN STORE

As soon as the manager who greeted me at the door realized I wasn't buying a new phone, rather I wanted to finalize closing my Verizon account, he became extremely rude to me. He relegated me to a spot in the corner and proceeded to help 2 people who had come in after I had. I caught him as he was running around and asked if I was waiting for a specific person to handle my account cancellation. He said no so I asked if he could've helped me. "I could've he said." Seeing the look on my face he said he could give me the phone number of someone to help. I'd already explained how horrible that experience had been which was why I had driven an hour from Tijeras to the store. I declined and he said, "well then you're gonna have to wait." And wait I did. A full hour after entering the store another associate took care of me. The manager continued to help paying customers. Reinforces my whole opinion of what used to be a customer service oriented provider which now has zero concept or concern for a customer. I wanted to deck the manager.

extremely poor reception, and i don't mean with the equipment. i walk in saying an inoffensive joke and the person i'm talking to immediately takes offense. he's super belligerent, and sneers at me through his teeth when he talks. he's the manager (of course) but he acts like an angry gym teacher or a bouncer. he tells me the last hour is by appointment-only, and they're booked, but he also does not offer to answer any questions. he then tells me he has one slot open tomorrow - but it takes some back and forth with this guy to realize he means during the appointments-only last hour. the words "you're welcome to come in any time tomorrow, and if you want to come in at this time tomorrow, i have one slot open" do not seem to form in his mind and make its way to his voice. "and if i can answer one or two questions now, feel free to ask" is like a phrase in some foreign language he's never heard before. he doesn't even mention i can come in any time during the day. he's so obsessed with his ability to control me or limit me (apparently) to that one hour. in that moment, it's like that one hour before closing is his whole life purpose.

200 hours on customer service. 25 plus times service suspended on mistake they made when I signed up. Been hung up on 50 times and charged wrong amount for whole year. Refuse to fix or compensate my business. Lost over half of our clients. Will never recommend.

I have always been a menial store girl. I'm and out but with covid the location is closed. Decided to go into this store and look at upgrade options and I will say that because of the lack of customer service I received from Lance, you almost lost me as a client. Everything started off fine but when he realized he wasn't going to be able to upgrade me until there were changes made to my plan, he became disinterested in assisting me. I asked him about pricing and he was dismissive and only when I brought up the deals I saw today online did he say oh yeah, and followed it by ur best best is shopping online or calling in after the other lines port out. I left and went over to ATT across the street. While waiting I spoke to a friend that said the service in the city was poor. So for now I'm stuck with Verizon but thought I should let other know, avoid Lance because he clearly has lost passion for his job! Oh, he did get me the number for the department I needed to call but only after I told him that the chat was a waste of my time suggesting I go to the store, only to make an appt and be told they couldn't help.

Absolute garbage!! Went in to take advantage of the the special iPhone 13 deal they have going on. I knew what phone I wanted, the woman helping me was trying to tell me that I would basically be getting "old technology" with the iPhone 13 and that I should go with the 13 Pro Max....uhh NO!! I work with these phones every day and that's not accurate! Whatever, she's getting me through the trade in process and then charges me without offering to show me any of the screens, I have no idea what's going on. Then, after I'm charged, I have to ASK for a receipt. When I look at it, I was charged for their monthly billed insurance plan! $17/mo! I know that I want insurance through Apple, and if she had even bothered to ask if I wanted the insurance plan, I would've said no! Then, when I came back and asked to have it canceled, they said I would have to come in on my own time after my phone arrived and cancel it. No apologies or anything. The sales people so obviously only care about getting their commission and not about helping people get what's right for them. I'm glad that I took the time to look, but if you aren't paying attention in this store: THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Buy your iPhones online instead!!

I haven't been to this Verizon since 2017 and let me tell you, the customer service has plummeted!!! I was excited to get help with choosing a new iPhone, but I was met with aloofness by the associate, Marco Rodriguez. I had to basically beg him to explain the line of phones and the 5g plan to me. He didn't offer any plans or anything! Then I felt insulted by his comment of, "well it's a 5 year old phone" regarding the trade-in value of my phone. It was the worst experience. I left without making a purchase and I noticed another couple that left without making a purchase. I observed some of their experience as well and it looked to be going as disappointing as mine. I'll try the Westside Verizon Bc despite leaving without a purchase, I would like help with learning how the plans have changed and what the new iPhones are like.
