The rude sales guy messed up my phone and because I'm a truck driver STUCK IN ANOTHER STATE, its a huge problem to me and for me. I came in to activate my insurance replacement. Dude didn't want to do it. So when he does, he kept hitting skip. I'm like dude I got it. Now I'm stuck in a different state and I can't even send out a text message. I can't set up what I NEED, to do my job. All because dude wanted "make sure I can make make a call", is what he said. But unfortunately I need my phone for WAY MORE THEN JUST CALLS. I've basically manually put almost everything on the phone but because I can't get a simple text, I can't finish setting my phone up. This is crazy and stupid. I've been with Verizon for some years, but getting stuck behind some rude @ss salesmen (or whatever his tittle is) is definitely making me reconsider.

It was fabulous. Representatives were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and eager to help me, etc. I am very happy I went to that store. I originally only wanted to get help with my current phone but wound up purchasing a new phone. The trade-in discount was very generous and well worth the purchase. I will recommend that store to anyone and will not hesitate to return. Thank you for the awesome customer service which is rare and quite lacking in too many current employees no matter what kind of store employs them!

This Verizon location has excellent Customer Service and is staffed appropriately. They consistently go the 'extra mile' to make sure I have what I need for a new device as well as reviewing my account for additional benefits/savings. Krysta, Marilyn, Frank & Larry: keep up the good work!
