(Louisiana location ABQ, NM)Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Buy a new device, and they make you take it home to active it rather than helping you do it and walking out with a working device, I got to take mine home in a sealed box! What a joke. Then, I get told to go across the steet and use the Apple stores Wi-Fi to get my new phone active and everything transferred ( which is a Samsung phone). Pay nearly 400 bucks a month to this piss poor company. You'd think they would go above and beyond to help a customer out. Also found out later they charged me a 29.99 set-up fee, and they never even removed the phone from its sealed box.

I visited the store twice and encountered the same employee both times. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. The employee didn't take the time to explain things properly, and I felt rushed, which made the experience quite unpleasant. In one instance, I asked a follow-up question because I was confused, but the employee brushed it off, indicating a lack of willingness to answer or explain further.

**Review for Verizon Store Visit on 05/18/2024 at 12 PM**
I have never encountered such an appalling level of customer service as I did during my visit to the Verizon store on 05/18/2024 at 12 PM. For the past six months, I have been tirelessly attempting to resolve an issue with my phone. Despite countless calls to the 800 number and visits to various Verizon stores, I was continuously directed to handle the matter in person at a store. I was finally seeking to get my phone replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty, which should have been a straightforward process.
Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted with anything but the professionalism and assistance I desperately needed. The General Manager and the supervisor were shockingly rude and disrespectful from the moment I interacted with them. They made it abundantly clear that they had no intention of providing genuine help and were instead more concerned with rushing me through the process. Their dismissive and hostile attitude was not only unprofessional but utterly unacceptable.
The situation deteriorated further when I interacted with the sales representatives. The sales staff at this location are a disgrace to customer service. They spoke to customers in an undisciplined and disrespectful manner, showing a blatant lack of training and professionalism. It was evident that there is a severe lack of discipline and respect for customers among the staff. They showed no empathy or concern for my issue, treating me as though my problems were insignificant and unworthy of their time.
Throughout my visit, I witnessed the staff laughing and making light of customer concerns, displaying a shocking lack of accountability and professionalism. The atmosphere in the store was one of sheer disregard for customer satisfaction and respect. I felt completely ignored and disrespected, with my issue still unresolved.
This particular Verizon store is, without a doubt, the worst location I have ever encountered. The behavior of the staff, from the General Manager to the sales representatives, was appalling and completely unacceptable. Their lack of customer service skills and disrespectful attitude make it clear that they do not value their customers.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid this store at all costs. If you need assistance or have issues that require resolution, this is the last place you should go. My experience here was not only disappointing but incredibly frustrating. The staff’s unprofessional behavior and the hostile environment make this store an absolute nightmare for anyone seeking help or support. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location entirely.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The manager wouldn't listen and wouldn't help me fix the phone I BOUGHT THERE. He was rude and discourteous. He told me to call the tech line (3rd word country) I tried to explain to him I have a hearing deficit and he told me not to come back. So if you have a disability don't go here.

Don't waste your time after 6p. An employee will stand there doing nothing, holding a pad while saying they are short handed. Go to another location.
I did what I needed by myself within 5 minutes whist in the parking lot.
I repeat, do not waste your time with this lazy location.

I waited 20 minutes to be helped. Not bad. They couldn't help activate my phone. So, they called the help line. I was on the phone 53 minutes and my phone still wasn't activated

Lack of self respect or respect for the customer... Upgraded in the store, gave them my old device walked out happy. Then got notification VIA email that my device was not received and I would be charged. Went back in, explained the situation and the opened a ticket to figure out the problem and find my old deice....Have not heard back from anyone. Checked in with on line customer service who told me to go back to the store.You make it hard to do businesses with you.I recognize the store gets credit for the sale not for fixing the problem they created.1/28/2024 updateNo one has contacted me. I reached out to customer service and they told me to go back to the store. I explained the store sent me to them... Only then did they look up the notes on my account and let me know that they were still working on it and I can call back after a bit and see if they have made progress and good luck to me.You still make it hard to do businesses with you.I recognize the store gets credit for the sale not for fixing the problem they created.
