This is a great place if you need storage. The units are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, and I had a great climate controlled unit with no issues at all (also good move in deals if available). Lots of cameras around the property, as well as inside the climate control building, needless to say, I had no worries leaving my belongings there. Also, Mike in the office was and is awesome. Super to easy to work with, and a good friendly attitude. I will most definitely use this storage facility again should I need to store my belongings again.

went by to see what they had available. Spoke with Mike. He was exceptionally helpful and went over pricing and took me around to different size units so I could better understand what I need. He mentioned that they have some move in specials from time to time and to just let him know when i was ready. I appreciate the information and that he was not pushy. It looked clean with a lot of cameras. Looking forward to using them.

Excellent service! I signed up online and was contacted by phone a few minutes later to confirm my rental. The office manager told me she’d be there until 6 and would be happy to get me set up with my access code when I came in. I arrived a few hours later and everything went smoothly. The facility is very nice, clean and secure.

We have been looking for a storage facility for our needs and Ventana Ranch Storage was our choice after speaking with Melissa about what we needed. Her knowledge and expertise helped us make a decision, but most of all the time she took to work with us apart from just business. There's lots of options and deals, but over all... the details and great customer service make all the difference.
