Ridiculously poor customer service! Went in to find out about an additional charge that was placed on my account. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the “manager” and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

We moved out of New Mexico over 6 years ago. When we needed to store our personal items we shopped around for a clean, friendly and safe place. We knew we were not close by to keep an eye on our things. The staff at Ventana Ranch were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and made it easy for me to move in and later to downsize my unit. Melissa, Mike and Isabel were always so good at reminding me about my payment and being helpful with everything. I am so glad that I chose Ventana Ranch. I tell you what if I am ever in the area I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend you use this storage if you want peace and no worry about your valuables.

In the past, we had our things stored at another storage place. Our experience was a nightmare so we were skeptical, but the man who helped us when we first got to VRSS was helpful and kind, so we decided to give them a try. He had incredible customer service skills! After storing our things for about 10 months, everything remained as we left it. We only had to give a short notice and sent an email to let them know we had moved out. It went smoothly and was easy. We therefore highly recommend VRSS.

Great place to rent and they have clean, safe, secure climate controlled facilities. Very nice people and will work with you on move in specials even have a truck you can borrow to move!
