Not very nice when explaining how to use the self check out. I said "sorry I've never done this before" and it was my fault I scanned the receipt more than once when I didn't even turn it over and it was already scanning. Won't be here again. Half the stuff is broken or doesn't work. Selling expired candy for 50% off is wild. I knew it was gonna be crazy when I walk in and the cashier is yelling at a customer for not understanding the machine.

Good place to stop that is clean. However this gas station is NOT 24hrs as it shows. They open at 5am.

Finally gave up on this place. Stopped for gas, no receipt. Went inside to get receipt and decided to buy two hot dogs. They use a scanning machine, but it would not take my money. Tried time after time, and the lady behind the counter would not even give me the time of day. This is not the first time I have had horrible customer service at this location. Left the hot dogs, never did get my gas receipt. I'll never go back. BTW, this was my go-to place for gas; well, no more.

The iced coffee is good and not too expensive, but everything else in the store is WAY over priced. The employees are lazy and dont run the register and just tell everyone to use the self check outs even if you go to the register to pay. Also it says it's 24hrs but it's never open late. I work till midnight and this is the only gas station in I think a 2-3 mile radius and when I head home from work and get in the area usually around 12:30am, and there's almost always a sign saying that they're closed till 5 and the lights are off & doors locked. Like seriously almost every night.

This is for anyone who does not know but this gas station when purchasing gas with a debit/credit card will put a hold on your account for a larger amount say around 100 dollars. I had to call my bank to put the 100 dollars back into my account cause circle k had but a hold on it and was trying to pull the money out so just be careful

I would like a manager to reach out please. The two women working tonight we VERY unprofessional and rude. Please look at your video cameras. Visit was around 7:45 pm. I called to talk to a manager and they refused to let me talk to one and refused to give their names. Both gals on shift should be fired. They hung up on me and were extremely rude and unprofessional with my daughter. The one heavy cashier cussed at her and threatened her.She named called and said she didn’t want to help her because she was white. Really? Racial discrimination? This needs to be handled.

Hispanic cashier (could not see name) working the counter at 8pm today, July 12 was extremely verbally abusive to my girlfriend and threatened physical harm to the point the other cashier had to push her away from the counter to prevent further issue. Upon checking out, the Hispanic cashier came back and continued to be verbally abusive towards my girlfriend. When I and others called the store to request a name and manager on duty, the cashiers hung up the phone and refused to speak. I ask that I speak with a manager as soon as possible regarding this encounter.

On June 7th at 4pm an older lady clerk refused to give me my change for the gas I didn't pump. Her excuse was the new cash register machines. Won't come here again

Fast and friendly.I didn't have my card and the person "frounted" me the items and he helped me and u went back the next day to pay double the next day.Too bad more people don't have a heart as this person did.

THANKS FOR STEALINGWe pull up to fill gas at pump 1 and noticed there was a tab still active at the pump. Assuming someone didn't cancel it and drove off we canceled it for them not wanting people to steal their money. We put in our own card and start to fill when we noticed a gentleman walk up, he says "They put my money on pump 1 instead of 11" my boyfriend responds "Don't worry man we cancelled your transaction but you might need to go back inside and fix it." So the man goes back inside but shortly comes back out visbly frustrated telling us they messed something up. We go inside to figure out the problem. They tell my boyfriend he still needs to pay even though we paid at the pump. The older woman cashier insisted that we still needed to pay. So we paid and went back to our car just to realize that they charged us twice. We talk to them asking for a refund for the unnecessary 2nd transaction but they conveniently can't give us a refund and says there is nothing they can do. Now we have to go through our bank for fraud. Thanks for stealing from us ? might I add, no receipt given.

Circle KKK has the white products in the white places. I can't believe how amazing this place is and that in this day and age Most convenience stores are still convenient seeing those other ones. I mean at circle k k k I don't have to ride in the back of the bus. I can get what I need and I can get on my way that's right I get it my way at circle KKK.
