I have not got my mail since the first week of August the 2nd I believe I have gone down all last week to get my mail nothing I've talked to several supervisors they are no help. I've been fighting for keys since October when I moved in all my mail was supposed to be on hold it has now been lost with my school transcripts which have my personal information on them and anybody can steal my identity the only thing they're going to tell me is they don't know what to tell me that I need to wait for a supervisor to contact me I've been waiting for a supervisor for 3 weeks. At this point I'm upset this is not okay and they have no care to help me it's been 3 days now since I've spoke with the branch supervisor I also spoke with the customer service manager nothing!!! I have all right to be upset!

Every employee I have ever met here has had a disgusting attitude. If you can't have customer service at a customer service job, then QUIT YOUR JOB!

I took the day to wait for an important delivery & the person (mail carrier) lied & said there was no access, as an ADA senior (wheelchair) & demand a full investigation into this fraudulent carrier. People like this sully the good name of the United States Post Office! Maybe this carrier needs a new job or no job at all!

You mail deliverers can't read numbers on a mailbox. Neighbors keep getting my mail and I keep getting theirs. It's literally numbers on a box. . How can you get that wrong?

The people there are always kind, however, this is the worst post office I have ever experienced. I moved to the area 8 months ago. They have yet to get my keys that I ordered, so I don’t have to anlways go to pickup, and countless letters and mail have been lost. The entirety of holiday gifts didn’t get received, I’ve had several important forms just not even show up apparently, one of which is my drivers license, that has been resent 5 times and never once got delivered. Two debit cards and a credit card that show delivered and never got there. They said they would have keys to us in 6 weeks when we first moved, and again, it’s been 8 months. I would love to just be able to receive my mail and the important documents being sent. They need to figure out what is going on because I am powerless in the situation and just need my mail :’’’’)

Why are there employees here? They make not assisting customers look as easy as it must be. Literally at usps, and told you have to call or log in online. I’ve always had assistance with mail forwarding at previous usps locations.

THIS LOCATION STEALS EXPENSIVE ITEMS!!!! I’ve returned 3 expensive items here for them all to “go missing”. We put a tracker in one and found it went home with the delivery driver!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had awful to abusive service at the post office on Lomas and Tramway. The postal service has a terrible man named Louis DeJoy. He was put in the position of leader by Drumpf to degrade and destroy postal service. He has a board of some kind that stands between him and President Biden which keeps him from being fired. He should have been replaced years ago.

once you get your appointment made on line which isn’t the easiest thing. make sure you hit submit and get a confirmation email.the gentle man that helped me was so kind and helpful. seemingly patience. i’m sure dealing with this can get old but as i watched him interact with other it was refreshing to see this kind of service and concern for all helped. this world is about jumping through hoops and Getting a passport is no exception for sure but this part was a delight.

If you can try UPS or FedEx, lost a 80$ order despite it being registered as delivered. Horrible.

They say they have walk-in hours. But when you get there and wait in line and get to the front they say they are unable to process walk ins and the website is wrong. “Appointments only” but you can’t make an appointment for months
