Really competent, helpful, friendly tellers. I appreciate this Bank. They can make transactions easy that were somehow complicated and difficult with other branches. This skill is what I need in a bank, so I go to this branch!

Awesome service. I lost my wallet yesterday and went in to this branch to withdraw funds. They were so nice and put a block on my debit. Went back today and were also nice as luckily had left wallet at assistance league thrift (see my review) and picked up. They unlocked card and were just so nice. As a native Californian bank tellers overall are "meh". So happy to find such great and really helpful service. Thank you.

Convenient location, smack dab in the middle of uptown near all the shopping and businesses. Convenient ATM on the corner, but parking can be tight.
