This was our first visit and we were treated like we were family! Everyone was very kind, helpful and excellently protective with security! The selection of items is excellent. They were very friendly and helped us with our paperwork and purchase! I definitely will remember them and tell others of the positive experience we had! Thank you Uptown Pawn!

Tell you what I’ve been here atleast 8 times in the last year and a half bought many firearms from the same guy he posts em on Jason’s guns roughly I’d say I’ve spent 10-15k in the last year and a half here all great experiences except today I walked in looking for some new toys had $2000 ready to spend and I walked out empty handed all due to the same guys attitude and will probably never return not sure if bros having a bad day or what but just lost a very loyal customer I’m not great with names but this guy was great every single time I went before and today just was horrible if you go talk to sunny or anyone eles stay away from that looser with the stupid septum piercing

I love this pawn shop, they help their customers and ain’t lazy or rude. I drive a way just to do business with them. If you want to buy or pawn come to uptown pawn.

Great staff. Friendly and very helpful. I've been to most of the pawn shops around town, they are by far the best by their prices and just all around great customer service.I highly recommend!!!

This place is great! I've been using them for about 2 1/2 years. They have great customer service and always treat me fairly. I've tried a few other pawn shops in the area, but they just don't stack up. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

The owner of this Pawn shop talks a really good game until his true colors comes out! He hire a male with medical issues that he was aware of upon hiring. When said employee was in the hospital on a day the company was closed he called not talking to the employee due to he was NOT able to respond but to the wife and let her know he was no longer employed with him. If this is such a good company way is it ran by a person like this.

Prices are crazy compared to how much they will buy your stuff for. The owner will hire a staff member with medical needs and then fire them claiming "tardiness and missed work" even though dudes in the hospital because of this medical issue. Zero compassion from this mook.
