I travel a lot and was receiving mail at a previous UPS store. I now realize how much mail I wasn’t getting. Although it took awhile to transition, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager will personally address issues and I appreciate what they have to deal with each day as people can be rude. They don’t set the prices and always offer options to send packages. Very nice group of people and they do provide good customer service.

Cam, who helped me ship this saddle to my great-niece, was very thorough, very careful, and very helpful. He is an excellent customer service representative for UPS.

The staff here is awful one specific guy is rude and disrespectful. He lost my package and I never received my refund because he didn’t do his job. He was overwhelmed with how busy it was and all he did was complain to his coworker that he was over it. I will never come to this store again

My package has not been delivered yet to destination the staff on phone was very unprofessional I paid good fee to get it to destination in three days after 8days still not there yet ask for refund but she was not cooperative and very rude on phone. I will not recommend this store and ups.

It's important for me to write this rating. Because I've always been treated with kindness and respect at the u. P. S store, they've always helped me bring in packages when I needed it. And I've always gotten a fair pricing. As far as sending my packages out, I enjoy the very professional courtesy and atmosphere that UPS provides along with t UPS mailbox, I right now. Rent, everything is so organized clean. I'm very business professional. I enjoy the smiles and laughter and and the 2 second talk. When we can get it in, it's almost like a business office with very professional and happy attitudes. Thank you UPS for your Services

The service was excellent. The store was clean and the two young men behind the counter were very knowledgeable and respectful, and answered all my questions. They were accurate as well. I jokingly noted all the blue color in the office and the were knowledgeable enough to let me know that a franchise use blue whereas the main colors for UPS itself were yellow and brown. They were very business like and presented extremely well. I was very impressed and feel confident that my package will arrive safely as the corporate culture is so good!
