The customer service here is horrible! They all lack in customer service skills and basic courtesy and seem as though they hate their jobs treating customers as an inconvenience. The blond lady is the rudest, most unpleasant person of them all.
Also, what’s the point of having a “safe” UPS mail box if the large door with access to everyone else’s box is always open. It’s so easy for others to steal mail.
I won’t be renewing my box here again.

Si I think is the manager, i stood in line for 10 min, i have a large sign to mail. He said thats going to cost alot to send, i told him im aware its going to be expensive. He again says like 250, maybe 350. I am very aware of the cost to ship, and have plenty of money to cover. I felt discriminated against, i was a little gruby cause ive been doing house work all day. I wasnt even at the counter and he continued to deture my buisness before i was even helped. All of this infront of a large group of people. I took my buisness elsewhere. So wrong.

I ONLY use this location because there’s no one like Jordan and Sahaih!! Both of them are so sweet, helpful and just amazing! This location is clean and welcoming, I own a small business so there a lot of returns and shipping, I never feel like I’m looked at where you get the feeling that they don’t want to help you. They even print labels for me if I ever forget to do that. Thank you Jordan and Sahaih 🙏

I had a wonderful experience and the UPS store, coming in for Notarizing a paper for a job application. It was extremely easy, staff person was very friendly and it was a quick and convenient process.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Jordan and Janae gave excellent customer service. They were very busy yet they took the time to explain things to me. They are very social and friendly and made you feel welcome. I would recommend this UPS store over any others I have been to. Kudos to both those ladies

First time at this location was awesome. I came to drop off an Amazon return. The store seemed really busy but the two people at the counter did an amazing job getting everyone in and out!

Janae helped me out today with probably the most obscure request. I had to send a water sample for a filtration system I’m installing, she gladly took the water bottle and taped it for me, assembled the box, made sure to pack it with paper and even bagged the water bottle and taped it off for me. She put no pressure on me nor rushed the process. Super sweet & helpful. You rock Janae!

Be careful when using this store!! They overcharge you by adding an inch to the height, width, length and weight of every package that comes through their door

Excellent service! We are very impressed with the staffs at this location. They are very helpful. The lady who was helping us with the notary service was fantastic and thank you so much for your help and patience since we had many documents needed to be notarized.

This is the worst UPS store in Albuquerque. Not only is the bleach blond lady behind the counter super rude with a huge attitude, but the Google hours and the hours posted at the store indicate it is open at 8:00 am, Monday through Saturday. On Feb 2, 2024, I showed up right at 8:00, waited until 8:10, and the store did not open. The lights were off, the store was dark, and the doors never opened. This is the third time this happens. For a store that closes PROMPTLY at 6:00 pm Mon-Fri, not a minute later, I could at least pick up my packages before work if they actually opened at 8:00 like their sign and Google info says. I recommend switching locations to the North Town Plaza location because they're open until 6:30 so those of us who work until 6 pm can actually have access to our packages.
