Colton, the manager, went out his way to provide excellent customer service to me and my son during a recent visit to Albuquerque. He even helped us unload heavy boxes and computer equipment that needed to be shipped back to NC. This was the best UPS Store I have ever done business with!

Held my package for ransom. Shipping had already been paid for, and was told my item was ready to pickup. When I arrived they offered me the choice of paying a "holding fee" of $7, or they would return my package. Jasmine was rude and gave terrible customer service.

Cannot even follow basic GPS instructions to deliver packages at my address. Been waiting over a week for one package but they can’t find my house. Extremely incompetent location and employees.

The woman that helped me was able to take me through the steps to return a package. I had gone to USPS as I was directed by Amazon customer service.. the woman there said she could do nothing for me because she needed a return label. Customer service at Amazon said I don't need to get a return label. They should just ship it back. I took the package to UPS and the woman there said she could help me walk me through the steps, get the code she needed and within 6 minutes of being there and that included my wait time in line. My package was on its way back to Amazon.

On Saturday, I placed an online order to print 3 documents for my Dad, totalling 6 pages. Docs were to be ready Sunday after 12:30.When he arrived Sunday, docs were not ready and he was told the person that does printing did not come in.When he came back Monday after 12:30, there were 7 employees, yet he was told the boss would be in, in 5 minutes to help him.20 minutes later, the boss arrived, helped multiple people in the following 20 minutes, until my Dad spoke up. Then the boss addives they'd been ready for 30 minutes. What happened to good customer service?

Not thrilled. While I got an email saying my online print order was completed, the assistant in the store insisted it’s not. I gave them the file name, order name and order number.I had to leave and come back later.At my second visit they located it and said it was my fault because I gave them a wrong name (I know my own name well).If you don’t want to go twice, I would get my prints somewhere else.

I dont know where to start or what words to conjure to explain the horrible experience at this ups store. Id like to start of by saying i rarely leave reviews so when i leave one ive had a horrible experience or an amazing one. And this has to be one of the most horrible experiences to go out and do errands. Front desk manager Bell should be fired immediately. He is disrespectful, acts if the world revolves around him, and would not answer any of my questions. Ive been a long comer of ups as i own a large business, and i can wholeheartedly tell you this will be my last time visiting one. Bell should find work in a department where he does not have to interact with people whatsoever!

There’s a fat guy and I believe he is the manager, he goes by bill. He is so so rude and so freaking unprofessional!! He need to go on a diet and then get sent to do some professionalism class because god help me I almost gave him a good knuckle to his face. He should be fired

If this had the option to give ZERO stars I would definitely choose that, the worst customer service experience. Adriana who happens to be the assistant manager was extremely rude, she got upset because she asked for my name which is on my driver's license, anyway she could not find my package. I was getting frustrated because for days I've been trying to retrieve my package and I had to pay ransom for the release of it! Well turns out the company I'm purchasing from finally decided to send it with my business name (previously sent boxes under my name only) and I obviously don't know that! Anyway as customers start walking in, she starts saying that I'm being rude to her just so she can cover her behind since I started questioning why she was being so rude to me for no reason. I asked for a supervisor's phone number and she refused to provide one. Also wouldn't it have been easier and more accurate to use the tracking number to match the boxes being held there? If you've read up to this point you will laugh so hard at this next sentence. MY FULL NAME IS ON THAT BOX! Along with my business name LOL what a joke! Absolutely unacceptable! If you are looking for good customer service DO NOT come here, you will regret it!

Bell helps me so much with copying, scanning, emailing, and mailing. He is a wonderful courteous employee. I don't know what l'd do without this UPS store. Makes life easier!
