Told me to use USPS and they will put a certified mail for that for a check. After 15 days it came back to me. The worst. I lost $20 and 18 days for my financial obligations. Never again.

Garbage customer service. Went to get my passport renewed and they said “We aren’t doing passports today”. No explanation as to why or when they would be willing to help. Skip them and just go to FedEx.

I went in to this store to mail a package.. very unprofessional staff, rude even. WHY do you need to give them your phone number and drivers license when sending a package?? Never heard of that before... wont be coming back to this store.

Always get a receipt! Shipped a package that weighed less than 3 pounds. 1 single funko pop! Dropped off and did not get a receipt. Days later I was notified the package some how weighed 6 lbs! Double then what it really did and charged me double. I ship pops all the time and know that the box was under 3 lbs! So watch out for spiteful workers reporting false weights!

Tiana has zero customer service skills the older gentleman working here is lacking in those skills as well. These workers are in a nice cool ac building not sure why they appear as though they hate their jobs and despise helping customers

I wish I can give a zero star if possible. DO NOT EVER mail anything high priority here because the staff here don't care.
I had some keys I had to mail back to my parents because I accidentally took them home with me resulting in my dad locking his car with a steering wheel lock but I had the only key. So he can't use his car.
I arrived at around 8:20am right after they opened and ask what the fastest mail they have. They told me they could guarantee it arrive by 9am the next day. Great so I shipped the key and told my dad. So instead of sharing a ride with my mom he was going to wait for the keys and arrive at work a bit late.
Then I wake up next morning and check the tracking and guess what I see? Shipping delayed. Then looking at the details of this tracking I was furious. I drop off this package to be mailed with a receipt that say 8:32am. The tracking showed me the label wasn't created until 6:10pm and the shipping center didn't get it until 9:49pm. This meant my package sat there all day and was ignored until the ups store was about to close then someone remember to actually print the label and get out out with the last truck instead of the first.
This was a very important and high priority package, my dad couldn't go to work that day because of this. What's the point of even having this service if the staff too lazy to even print a label on the spot when the shop is completely empty to make sure that an over night package actually arrives the next day as promised?

Went in today to get passport photos, and was unsuccessful! No other customers in the store when we arrived, and the employee was sitting in a chair. He came up to the counter when we asked about passport photos and he said he was unable to do them as he was the only employee today. I had already looked on the website to check for specific times or appointment requirement and it doesn’t indicate any. I then went to Staples and was in/out in 10 minutes with my photos and great service!

Brought an Amazon return to this store and was just informed by Amazon that the returned items were removed from my package in transit. A member of the store of UPS team stole my items (defective) and now I’m stuck with the bill. Avoid this location as they have a thief in their midst.
