Two stars for being on time. But took my car there and got it back with more damage. Plus the bumper replacement had a paint job that was far from a matching color- don’t cars have codes nowadays to match the factory color as close as possible?? They do but This place skimped on my job and in fact they offered to take my car back to fix the “extra” damage but I was done with them. I’ll post pictures later to show proof of bad color matching.

The chips and paint crack damage to prevent rust and chipping of paint originally physically and verbally shown to owner and part owner were not completed with a foot long scatched line along the side so noticeable on ny truck I had estimate with Alma showing her. then later at the drop off for repair the owner marked with yellow crayon. The foot long line above my tire behind the door still exists.I was told it be buffed and repainted as that same side was painted due to fender damage it was neglected. Leaving my truck incomplete and as I made it a mater to resolve I was pushed out to the dealership.I disagreed to the excuse that I was told I didn't say anything about it. I was told that that was not agreed upon to repairs.

I highly recommend UNITED PAINT AND BODY for anyone needing repairs for a collision accident. They repaired my 2015 Honda CRV that had been side swiped and needed two new doors on the right side. They dealt with my insurance company and stayed within their quote and supplement. They went far beyond my expectation with the detailing of my vehicle in addition to doing a beautiful matching of the painting. They made my vehicle look brand new. After my initial bad experience here, the shop was quick to contact me and get things taken care of. While they were very cordial folks to work with and they made things right, there is a bad taste left in my mouth and I can only hope I don't need to have my car refinished again.
