Amazing experience. The reviews speak for themselves, but I'll add mine anyway. The budtender was just known as the Guru and he lived up to the name. Very knowledgeable and polite. Made everything super easy. And his #1 rule was you have to smell it first. Ill definitely return soon.

I loved the whole experience here, there were 2 workers and they were very helpful with giving information on the best way to take the product we were buying. We had a great conversation and they sell shake which I feel like is very rare at a dispensary. Highly recommend

I recommend customers going to their store trying the Cannabis flower they like going online buying seeds and grow your own for the price they're charging the Cannabis flower you might as well try it yourself.

¡¡Shout out to Chris!!I have have had bad experiences at the locations near me but you'll definitely know if you've been blessed by Chris's presence. He is super respectful, charismatic and understanding unlike the managers at the other locations. This is my medicine, he gets that and he tailors to my needs.I have to go out of my way just to get my medicine now but the atmosphere here is the pinnacle of what a dispensary should be like thanks to Chris.Definitely a spot to check out!THANK YOU, CHRIS!!

I had a Very Pleasant experience at this location and also with the Manager, Chris, who was patient, articulate, and helpful. They also, Contrary to OTHER Ultra Health locations, had everything in stock, in the store that they had on their online website.He also gave a much better explanation of hybrid strains and their strain specific (Indica/Sativa) percentage than anyone at the other locations.I went by today after calling and making sure that they had the strain I was looking for on stock, as I have had OTHER Ultra Health locations post strains of medications online and then Not have them when I get there and had a Very Pleasant experience.Don't get me wrong, I like the Majority of the staff at the Edgewood location which is extremely close to my house, however, they seem to have a problem with accurately categorizing medicinal strains accurately, unlike the Nob Hill location, as well as advertising strains that are no longer available when you get to the store.Same with the North Valley location. I stopped by There today to purchase the strain I need, only to be told "oh, we don't have that one. OK, let me get some of this strain instead...Oh, we don't have that either. OK, let me get some of THIS strain(3rd try)Oh, we don't have that one either.What a Crock of s***!So in conclusion, even though it's MUCH FARTHER(48 mile round trip) I will be giving the Nob Hill location my business due to their having in store what they advertise online, unlike the Edgewood or North Valley locations as well as having a very well informed manager and staff.

We've been going to Ultra Health Birdland for quite some time now, since before the remodel that has made the place look so sleek and modern. Even with the remodel, the place remains friendly, professional, and above all fair. A friend of ours who goes there as well compared it to the bar in the TV sitcom "Cheers." It's where we can banter with friends behind the counter and even make friends with others waiting their turn. It might be the best place to buy marijuana in the area, and again, I have to make clear the folks working there are friendly and very fair. It's absolutely worth a visit if you're looking for a medical and recreational marijuana shop that is welcoming and will treat you right.

Bounced around a few different dispensaries trying to get good advice on a product I wasn't familiar with and this shop took the time to make sure I got what I needed. I'm a medical patient. This medicine for me. Thank you guys. My quality of life is better for shopping here.
