Went in today looking for a new foundation and skin care and their associate Paige was simply amazing! I told her exactly the problems I was having with foundation being too orange or to ghostly white and she helped me find exactly what I was needing and from a brand I would have never even considered at first. She helped me with skincare that was also not these crazy expensive brands. Best customer service and I can’t thank her enough!

Someone named Cat helped me and was incredibly helpful, helped me to find a setting powder that actually worked for me for once. And after I showed her a pallet I like she showed me an eyeshadow pallet that I loved so much I ended up getting. Incredible customer service from everyone else that helped me too. Will definitely be coming to this one instead of the one by winrock from now on

Love coming to this Ulta because of Eli!! His makeup always looks bomb and he’s always so friendly and makes me feel confident about myself, his suggestions and selections are always great. Love being helped by him when I come in! He’s a great worker

The best customer service that I’ve ever gotten has always been from only a handful of associates. The most consistent and helpful beauty associate is a gentleman named Eli. Always so kind, honest ( which is good when it comes to makeup. To make sure that you’re getting what’s right for you and not a yes man) the most HELPFUL and always has the best energy. Makes an experience that usually not great turn into an amazing experience/ day when Eli’s there. Always recommend him!!!

I went in looking for cologne yesterday and I met Eli and he was able to find me the cologne I was looking for. He provided me excellent customer service. I will keep coming back to get my cologne here so long as he is here.

No one greeted me as I walked in. Store manager Cynthia has no customer service skills. She was wasting time up in the front on the online order pick ups when no one was even there. One guy was doing the register and there was about 10 people in line and he seemed overwhelmed. She didn’t even call back up cashiers and provided a horrible customer experience when we asked about a return and when we did our return. I will be returning all my items and taking my business elsewhere. As a manager myself poor manager leadership. I will never shop here again as long as she continues to be store manager. Her horrible attitude will lose you more customers and in term sales
