I opened my account in 2023 and was more than satisfied with banking with them. I enjoyed going to the branch locations and over 90% of the time, truly enjoyed my interactions with the associates. Then came along a new app. The app itself is great, but ever since it rolled out, i get locked out of my account online and through the app for no reason. I've gone to the branch and I've called their customer service number and was hung up on once. Check out the ratings for the CU's latest app. I am beyond frustrated with this e-SNAFU but even more disappointed that USEagle had not reached out to the members to acknowledge and apologize for what's going on. I HAVE to leave this CU because it is no longer safe to bank online or on the app. If it can't manage these relatively basic features, I don't think I can trust its cyber security. The people who work there do not deserve to have to deal with this incompetence in behalf of US Eagle.

Aways slow. Employees are more worried about drinking coffee and eating. Also they are always on their cell phones. Plus they are rude and don't know what they are doing most of the time

This was the first time coming to this location. It was easy to access from Coors Blvd. The main reason for coming here was to use the ATM and it was easy to find and exit.

Worst bank in New Mexico. If you want to lose money, and also ruin your credit without getting a warning. This is perfect bank for you! They do not look out after their customers. This is one place I absolutely regret ever banking with. Beware for there auto loan programs. Avoid them at all costs.

I've been a customer for about 7 years now. Over the years, US Eagle has been consistent about one thing - atrocious customer service. Phone agents are often untrained, unhelpful and sometimes rude. They rarely follow through on anything without at least a second or third phone call. Their technology is behind the times and, throughout all my interactions, its clear they don't value their customers. Here are some examples. -Refinanced auto loan a few years back. The loan officer (Zerina) lost my file and totally forgot about the loan (how does this happen???). After a month, I called to check and was basically told we had to start over. I had paused the purchasing of a home because I was waiting for this to clear - I even expressed that to the loan officer at the start. -Their online banking system is lacking in even the most basic features. You can't even edit auto-payments on loans - you have to call them. They've made some updates lately but they're still way behind every other bank I've used (even other small credit unions). -Called them a week ahead to change the date of my next loan payment. Thought I was all set... To my surprise, it drafted on the original date anyway. Then, it drafted again on the new date. The agent "forgot" to cancel the original payment. This was a particular nightmare to deal with. Even their supervisory team was not very helpful - or concerned that it happened. -Paid off my vehicle loan recently. They promised to process the title request the same day the funds came through. I called a week later to check and was told they "forgot" but would do it today. A SUPERVISOR then told me I could pay a $50 fee to have it expedited but that it wasn't a valid reason for them to waive the fee.

This U.S. Eagle Credit Union location is fairly new to the area which is great because I live just right around the corner. Before it was a 15-20 minute drive to the closest location. Customer service is always exceptional and everyone is so friendly. The greeter on the weekend is always friendly and helpful. I have had a few issues with my online account in the past and the representatives at this location are always quick to fix or even give me a call when they have found a fix.

Not very good experience here. I went to ask a simple question just to have customers behind me get service before me . When I ask why those other customers got service before me they said they came earlier/ those customers where more important then me. US eagle doesn't appreciate lower level customers/ 95% of normal customers. They are only concern about the upper 2% and not the rest of the 95% percent. Don't go to US EAGLE trust me.

Not the very best experience here went to do a small transaction and one of the tellers Karrah I believe needs to work on her customer service skills a bit more, I myself worked in customer service for 10 years and tone of voice is a major key factor, other than that friendly environment.
