Ms. Jasmine is phenomenal. She's very accommodating , efficient and friendly. She explained every details and encouraged us to ask questions. She made sure we are comfortable and our banking needs were addressed. We never waited long and with the systemized procedure we finished the transactions early.

R car we bought in 2016 from Maloney Nissan that they gave us a great APR appointment that we can afford a livestock bar side throughout our whole financial experience. U single is the best. If you want to buy a car, they are very professional polite and they know how to treat their customers. Right, thank you very much US Eagle for being a part of our life.

Just dreadful. They « upgraded » their online banking which cancelled my automatic transfers. Did they have the simple courtesy to fix it? Of course not. I had to sit on the phone for a solid hour and it’s still not done. They also refuse to give contact info of senior execs, so you can’t elevate anything. Inept, with zero customer focus.

This would be the 3rd time in 3 years I have went to make a external transfer from one financial institution to Eagle which I have already set up 3 times, and every year they delete this info causing me to have to reset it up again thus wasting more of my valuable time and delaying the payment possibly past its due date because they don't have the decency to send out notifications about the lack in their system. Also trying to say well you can now set it up instantly does not justify the sloppy procedures you keep having to repeat every year that I have not experienced at other banks before putting a burden on your customers!

I'm standing in line to verify what I can spend and cannot pay without making sure I'm budgeting correctly. Cannot call the back of the card for simply balance update without waiting on hold for someone to help me from the Bank. I cannot access my online banking at all. Just being told we are working on it. I had to call and wait for someone on a 20 minute call. I cannot go into a branch either today with my hectic schedule. This is awful. This has not been a good experience.

I had my car loan through them. I paid off my loan. I had to call them to ask them to mail my title to me. They mailed my title regular mail and it was lost. Now I have to take extra documents to the dmv to get a new title ordered. I feel like the title should have been mailed without my initial contact. If I hadn't called would it have been kept?? Also, you mailed the title and it got lost...why should I get to do extra work for it. Just frustrating experience

3 years at this bank. Took 3 months to get money back when I was hacked for my money. Takes 5 days for checks to clear from the State? Not a good bank.

Very impressive how the corporate culture has increased so much you feel it upon entering the credit union. The bar has been raised and is very impressive. Kindness. Patience, and efficient customer service is presented from the time you enter the facility. I love the new building n the new attitude xemplified by the banking staff. After over 40 years of being a member, I must say there has been a complete turnaround with the new attitude exemplified. Congrats on your successful improvement in customer service.

Amazing people and personalized service. I feel financially safe and I recommend this place if you want to start credit or rebuild your credit. I was also able to save a lot of money by consolidating my debt since they have way better rates.

Electronic banking is new to me, and over the course of work schedules my wife took the responsibility for the past near 15 years. After 2 1/2 half hour appointments didn't work, a young man named Vance patiently worked with me for a longtime. He's the kind of employee that deserves recognition for giving superior customer service. Hope Administration reads this Monday.
