we were meeting our daughter halfway for an exchange of something. Our SIL recommended your hotel. We do have Marriott points but agreed to try your’s. We have never experienced such a rude front desk person ever!! I told him we were out of body soap & lotion by the bathroom sink & he said you didn’t have that, that you only offered shampoo & conditioner & the shampoo was also body soap-1 blue container & 1 yellow. I told him they were both yellow by the sink-body soap & body lotion. He argued with me & said, “well, do you want the 1 blue & 1 yellow container?!?” Very very rudely!! When my SIL went up to him later to ask again for me his first response was “what!!!” Like it was an imposition to even help him. You are doing your a hotel a dis-service to have someone like that represent your hotel-esp a Hilton!!! I gave only 2 stars for the room bc when we flushed the toilet, it sounded like a train was running through. The positives were how clean everything smelled & the morning breakfast (although the pancake machine was out of service). Not sure we will stay at a Tru hotel again!!

The room was very small!! Kept bumping into the bedframe. Work desk was extremely tiny! Smaller than a student desk!! No closet. The walls were very thin. I could hear conversations on both sides of the room. The top floor, I could hear people walking around and kiddos running around. And I paid over $160!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tru by Hilton on Monday, May 6th, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly a young lady at the front desk.I accidentally left behind my medication in the room, and she immediately took charge and went above and beyond to help me. She not only located my medication but also took care of shipping it to my home without any hesitation. Her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism were truly commendable.The overall experience at Tru by Hilton was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction, as exemplified by the young lady at the front desk, sets this hotel apart. I am grateful for her assistance and the memorable stay I had at Tru by Hilton.

So normally I stay with Marriott . . . and I'll be going back to them. There's no guest laundry and no microwaves in the room. (I've been to other Tru hotels that have no microwaves so that seems to be a thing in general with them). The minifriges are tiny and not very good. Hilton costs more and it's got nicer paint on the walls. I'm more about practical than pretty.

The front desk people must hate working here or something they are Rude this must be worst place their customer service sucks and then They wanna get mad when i have questions why i got overcharged like what??? Don’t even make sense!!! They don’t care because it ain’t their money…

THIS PLACE IS FRAUD !!!! Don’t go hereThey charged me almost 900$+ for 2 nights all different transactions and now they keep avoiding me and hanging up. they, couldn’t even give me an explanation they never gave me confirmation or receipt, im not letting these one go !!!! I already contacted the corporation! If I have to i will get a lawyer… not to mention the A.c wasn’t even working for those 2 nights that i was there. And when i mentioned it to the front desk they couldn’t do anything about it or switch us rooms… this is unbelievable. Good thing i have receipts to back this up!!! I also recorded the call with the front desk lady that was rude and corporate was also on my other phone listening and how she kept hanging up on me…

Don't stay here. High crime! My car was broken into twice. There are no cameras in the parking lot. The signs do say park at your own risk. Employees park their cars up front while customers have to park in an unsafe parking lot. I took a picture of employees car upfront. I can't blame them. I would not like my car broken into as well. I was told that I could not park my car upfront as it's a fire hazard. As you can see in the picture that lots of cars are parked here. No fire zone is visible.Safety: No security cameras in parking lots. Lots of homeless at the gas station in the same parking lot.

Stayed here a few times, rooms are great but customer service is non-existent. I was charged twice for an advanced purchase hotel reservation through the Hilton Honors non-refundable room rate. Upon check out, Tru by Hilton charged my card a second time even though the room was pre-purchased through the official Hilton website. I attempted to call the hotel to speak directly to the staff to resolve the charge however the first few times I called there was no answer, finally a staff member said their general manager would contact me back about the issue the following day however I have not received a call back since. Customer Service via the Hilton website is also no help because they also do not follow up on your submitted requests. It's been almost a month of me attempting to contact both the hotel and the Hilton customer service, with no resolve to my double charge for a one night stay.

02.2024Decided to stay here for the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great. Only the breakfast was not as good as other Tru hotels, but there is everything you need to start your day.No guest Laundry.Location is also very nice, next to gas station.
