A strange experience. I get plenty of natural sun and exercise outside. Years ago before a blood test I mega-dosed on Vitamin D before a blood test. I got the results and it said I lacked vitamin D, which I am sure is incorrect. Untrustworthy. Identity theft? Medical malpractice / Fraud?

Make an appointment on line, show up 15 mins early. Put your appointment number in the kiosk computer. Was seen and out before my 10:30 appointment time. Friendly staff found my vein to draw blood right away. Great service highly recommended. Thank You! :)

This place has a valuable employee whose name is Joelynn and is just fantastic. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and saw Joelynn disinfecting the chairs. Was called to station 3 and she was there and entered my information and insurance card and sent me to meet her at # 7. This lady is the best. I always tell people that I dislike needles and to just do it and don’t tell me about it.
Joelynn continued the conversation about her dentist and the next thing I know she has the needle in and filling the sample tube and then wrapping the bandage on my arm. If you dislike needles this is the place to go because she was the best. She talked with me long enough to make me less nervous, followed my request and was pain free. Fantastic experience!!!!

tri-core is an incompetent facility. there quite possibly may have a few staff members that patient oriented but good luck locating which facility that would be. And if they are competent and patient oriented they more than likely no longer are employed by Tri-Core.

Fast, easy service. Sign in at a kiosk, get a number, and have a seat. There's a TV screen with a voice that reads off ticket numbers, like at a DMV.

Someone needs to go in and update the website hours and the phone hours to show they open at 7:00am and not 6:00am for the Harper Location. The security guard at 6:00am today was rude with a bunch of us waiting in line. I left and came back just like the rest of us. There is no excuse in having wrong information listed on your business website.

Went to the Tricore site on Jefferson for blood draw. Was seen by Grace. She's a highly competent and personable phlebotomist.

Very fast and professional blood draw. Maybe even too fast. The tech who stuck the needle in my vain did so very quickly with very little finesse, and it was kind of painful. But other than that, it was a good experience overall. I did appreciate the short wait time.
