TV didn't work in queen room, than moved us upstairs to a smokey room. Pool was not working. Sheets were way stained. I was sad. Good thing was they didn't charge the deposit. Probably won't go back. Sorry guys

The rooms were decent. The location was terrible. Lots of homeless people which isn't bad on its own but that usually correlates to crime and drug use. The service was pretty terrible, I had multiple issues paying for my room and was double charged because the lady working didn't know what she was doing with the computer. She was sweet and was trying but it was very inconvenient. Management fixed the situation the next day.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Horrible experience from the start. First the front desk would not honor any of the rates found online. The room ended up costing over $30 more than expected. We get to our room and the main light in the bedroom would not turn off. There was makeup and other stuff all over the beds, a foul odor ,and the door would not shut all the way. We’re on the road with 3 kids and safety was our main concern. We called the front desk and after her trying 3 other rooms she finally found one. The room was not stocked with anything. So we had to get everything ourselves from the office. The curtains would not shut all the way and having the cooler/heater on meant that the curtain was blowing in your face all night. In the morning we wake up to find no coffee and even worse no hot water at all. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. Took our complaints to the office and they refused to do anything to accommodate. $80+ a night for not even a warm shower, coffee, or a good nights rest is NOT worth it. Avoid at all cost!Safety: Door would not fully close

The price was low priced so I ignored the broken this and broken that. The sheets were clean but the towels could be replaced, old and thin. The floor felt gross, I kept my socks on. Please buy a swiffer! All in all there are better places.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel that I’ve ever been at. There were a ton of red flags from the beginning. The manager was telling me that the room may not be clean, walked us up to the room didn’t even check if the room wad clean once I got in there I realized that there were roaches I was searching for bedbugs in the mattress and there was dirty. Q-tips under the sheets, door was not secured all the way downstairs. Wanted a refund she said no I’m sorry you already been here for two hours we can’t do it suggested that she gives us another room and the other room that she gave us had a straight hole in the door. Did not feel safe, the air-conditioning totally broken still refuse to give a refund we left that night. I don’t post reviews on nobody, but this place deserved it. Please whatever you do, do not pick the first hotel you get off the highway and Albuquerque.

The bedsheets had someone's footprint on them like they hadn't been changed, the window was broken to our room. Lamps were missing light bulbs, little ran down for the price you can definitely tell people do not stay here often. Management needs to do a better job on the up keep if your going to charge 73 dollars for one night. I was wore out from a long drive from Missouri and just wanted to get some rest. Wouldn't recommend this place

Great location, just off the freeway. First room given us had used towels hanging. Apologies were given, then new room. The new room had no refrigerator, the light over the sink gave enough light for just a nightlight, There were black grease stains on the comforter which was covered up by the sheet. The manager on duty managed to find us a refrigerator and brought it to our room. We asked if there were any washcloths and were told probably not. We had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. I didn't do any research to find a hotel, just picked one on the road. My mistake. Also, the charge on our credit card was $50 more than our receipt. Not sure why and efforts to find out have not been fruitful as every time we call the hotel it rings many times and then just disconnects.

Very neglected, dirty outside, the beds dirty and burned, the sheets, and they ask you to leave a deposit and if you don't pay attention when you arrive or complain, they want to charge you for it.What a bad attitude from that administration.I do not recommend it

Do not recommend! The first room had holes in the sheets. The curtains were falling off and wouldn’t close. No phone to call front desk. They moved us to a different room but wasn’t much better. We weren’t sure if the splatters on the floor were blood or paint. Large gaps in the door. The door to the connecting room didn’t have a handle and was kept closed by the desk. Graffiti on everything. When booking, they confirmed there was a pool but when we got there, it wasn’t working. Honking and sirens in the parking lot all night.

The owner keeps deposits the rooms are run down and beyond filthy. Plus very overpriced!

Not the best area, there were homeless people and police there most of the night we stayed, I didn’t get much sleep. I recommend traveling on to the next area for a different hotel/motel. Had my husband and I not been carrying our weapons we would not have stayed. The place needs a lot of improvements in the rooms.
