Tried calling at 7pm to check on a tool to rent. Spent over 10 minutes either listening to elevator music, recordings, or ringing.Are we ever going to be able to get to easily talk to a live person again ??????

Don't rent here. Find a local rental place. Actually any place is better. Avoid home depot.

Fast service and the guys who run the shop were super helpful. I had a plumbing issue that soaked my downstairs carpet and they were very helpful and quick getting me set up with the gear I needed to clean up all the mess.
