Always out of the items I buy regularly. Sometimes for months at a time. Placed an order for my employees to pick up and I don't have enough room to detail the number of ways this was difficult. Do yourself a favor and go to Candice, Rio Grande or order from Al's silver in Arizona. It will be faster and easier than this disorganized company.

This place has horrible customer service! I went to the check out and other people kept getting in front of me. I stated I was next and they all said no I am I was called. When I FINALLY got to the check out the lady asked me to have an employee get my things and place me in check out. I said it was my first time how was I to know this. There was no assistance. No one greeted me. No one asked me if I needed help, so I was I supposed to know this?! She just glared at me and said is that it then? I told her forget it and walked out. I was about to spend over $100 but hell nooooo! They have some beautiful beads that I wanted to purchase but I would not give them one cent!

Uneducated staff, poor inventory, and bad customer service. When staff do answer questions, it’s almost always either “I don’t know” or “yeah, we don’t have that”. Those that do know the store often either do not make themselves available or become agitated or rude when you ask for assistance. A few staff members are polite and knowledgeable but they’re diamonds in the rough (no pun intended). I often walk away disappointed with this location’s lack of tools and materials, as well as how I see their customers are being treated. I don’t like buying supplies online, but it feels like the staff at Thunderbird take longer to get it together at the counter than other companies’ full on ordering and shipping timeframe.

Oh boy were do I start. I wish there was a store like this back home in Washington. I love beads and making things. I found a beautiful canvas bag. Just the perfect size for traveling.

Upon our first visit we browsed the store a while after which an employee suggested we shop elsewhere without fully asking or offering to shows us merchandise that we expressed an interest in! We won't be going back but I don't think they care so...

I agree with travis haugen's review. Staff was not friendly nor helpful. As soon as I showed an interest in an item they didn't want to sell it.Purchased from the Gallup store and they immediately cancelled my purchase and refunded saying they were out of the item although website said they had a large quantity.

I called to purchase a very modest bolo cord and knew that I needed help and patience. Chastity Bennet provided both. She listened and took the time to find the right product for my voiced needs. Was not chagrined over fact I didn't even know what to order. Explanations. Catalogue numbers. Email and phone followup.Regardless of there companies' quality if they don't provider customer service they have no claim to quality.This company takes it's customers needs seriously.
