Called to schedule a 1st time appointment and the appointment scheduler (an older women) was very rude and asked for all my personal info just to hear that i needed my insurance policy number to have her do a benefits check when i offered to bring it until the day of my appointment but she said that im unable to move forward until i have that info on hand? Majority of buisnesses can look up that info. So I decided to look for professional services elsewhere.

I have visited The Hearing Group for an ear wax removal, and a hearing test. Both experiences were great-zero problems. Quick and efficient. All staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend them for everyone. Prices surprisingly low!

I am so happy that I can hear again! I first got hearing aids 15 years ago and rarely wore them as they were bulky and painful in my ears. They were always either too loud or not loud enough. I put off getting new aids because I was expecting more of the same. However, during the lockdown I stored them with the batteries and they were ruined and I needed new ones. These new aids are remarkable and Dr. Ward and the rest of the staff made it pleasant to get them. From the first appointment, the hearing tests, the fitting, purchasing, and follow up appointment, everything was super easy.If you haven't tried the new hearing aids, you should check them out at The Hearing Group on Prospect just off San Mateo.

I dont remember who I saw hear as I usely see Premier Hearing but with Convid-19 they were closed and I needed help getting a better fit for my hearing aids and Hear USA recommended them.Everything started out great the audiologist seemed friendly and willing to help. I told him I have a severe auditory prossesing disorder (basically I don't prosses sound normally) but my inner ear was still functioning fine, and that I was in because my hearing aids were rubbing me raw. He takes the domes off and cuts the front off and says this usely protects wax getting into the hearing aid but try this. It was still highly uncomfortable. I them mentioned i have highly waxy ears and was uncomfortable with that solution. He said i didn't, but I on a daily basis have to clean my ears with hydrogen proxide to prevent blockage. He then did a hearing test with the most painful headphones I have ever had in a hearing test. Halfway through he said make sure u raise your hand the moment you hear someone I say I am my tests are normal inconclusive due to my auditory prossesing disorder and to trying making the beeps long as I react better to them sometimes. After that test was done he gave me really small domes I said they were really loose he said ya we are done. Check out in front. I was also never informed they were out of my network so now 3 says later my ears are in more pain then ever and I'm out $150.If you want to see someone who lessons and actually cares about you I recommend going to Premier Hearing once they reopen.
