Manager has to be the worst I have ever come across. We’ve spent thousands at this shop only to be treated like scum when we needed their help. Take your money elsewhere.
As far as your response, ask your manager or any of your employees working about his first customer on 8/15/24. I will never support your business again.

Bought a set of TaylorMade M6 irons from them a couple of years ago. The heads keep coming loose. In the past, they have always reset them at no cost. Had another one come loose today. One of the staff just laughed and said they have had a lot of these problems with that model club. However, they were going to charge me to re-set the club, even though they acknowledged that it is a design problem. Too sad, they used to stand by the products they sold. Now, after 90 days, you are on your own.

First, my original review is below. However, wanted to give an updated review and adjust stars from 1 to 4. The regional manager emailed me apologizing and stating that The Golf Mart would honor their original statement of a refund. In addition, Pete offered a dozen ball for the inconvenience. It’s refreshing to see when a business makes a mistake they acknowledge it and work on fixing it. The majority of businesses nowadays aren’t this way. I understand people make mistakes but they should really try to fix it in house. I’m sure their Regional Manager Pete has better things to do than customer complaints.

Went in to purchase new wedges. Was on the fence about the second wedge but the employee assured me I’d need it in my bag and if not I “could bring it back with 90 days”. Which I replied, “I can get my money back within 90 days if I don’t like them”. Employee, “yes”. Which is partially true; but 100% deceiving and an unethical business model. You can get your money back BUT in STORE CREDIT ONLY. Not the way the sales people advertise it.
It’s unfortunate that businesses have to operate in this manner to stay in business. once my gift card is used it’ll be the last time ever at this store. I had spent thousands with them on clubs, bag, woods, etc.

I was ten days outside the 90 and not only did the manager take care of me he put some grips on the new sticks labor included. I buy all my golf equip here FIVE stars

I bought a new driver from here a few months ago, and a buddy of mine broke the shaft. To say I was pissed, is an understatement especially after I spent over $550 on the driver. I stopped by golf mart today and they fixed it same day without giving me a difficult time. I will be a loyal customer to this store for a very long time!

Stopped in to upgrade my driver and get my mom set up with some new clubs as she is a beginner. I worked with Iris to select a few clubs that were appropriate for my mom, and then she fitted me for a new TM Sim 2 driver. I have added about 20 yards to my drive, and my mom is now a golfer for life!! We have been back a few more times to see Iris and would highly recommend if you are a beginner or have been golfing for years. Great service and support!!
