Staff helpful Which doesn't sound like much these days, but actually is a big deal. Most of the time, you can't get any help anymore.

Solid store with goods for storage , home organization , utensils, kitchen gadgets and even trash cans. The Container Store brand is a bit pricey, but be on the lookout for store sales. Parking in the mall is a challenge during weekends.

Just a bit off. Products seem to be forever changing. I have been looking for a container specifically for wreaths. They have said in the past they have them around Christmas time. Staff seems to be unsure of what they actually have in the store. Just can't quite get what I want and the staff can't quite tell me how to find it.

I purchased several hundred dollars worth of storage boxes of various sizes from The Container Store recently in Albuquerque. First, their customer service is terrible. I think they are trained to go out of their way not to help customers. I can almost see the training video now.Customer:Can you help me?Associate: Pretend to be busy and say “I will be right with you”, then walk away and take a break.Secondly, the quality of their containers is truly garbage. The cheapest and thinnest plastic available in China. I bought other containers at Target (Sterilite) and they were FAR superior. If you must go to The Container Store, go to the ATM first. Withdraw $200, then go the store and give the money to the first employee you see. Just hand it to them and say “Your store sucks” and leave. The employee already knows it, he or she will feel satisfied with the $200 and you will be much happier and better off in the end.

Great sales but they keep putting items on very high shelves so hard for shorter people to reach. Very unfair and no way to get them down.

This is one store that we are always excited to visit when in the area.We walked through and we picked up 3 small items. We went to check out and there was a customer ahead of us, so we waited. The cashier (#1) called a second cashier (#2) to assist. When the young lady came to the front, the cashier (#1) asked her to retrieve some information for the customer she was already assisting, while we were still waiting. At that time, a 3rd cashier came to assist us. While we were wrapping up the transaction and #3 was talking to us, #1 rudely interrupted to ask her a question about some bins. #1 could have honestly waited for us to finish but interrupting was better....

The first salesperson that greeted me was really nice and informative, but then another saleswoman literally followed me around the whole store. Anxiety inducing. Don't know if she was suspicious of me or unable to read the fact that I just wanted to be left alone. Was excited to shop the sale too, but it was so awkward and weird I couldn't focus.
