Target has received mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Some shoppers appreciate the friendly staff, particularly a helpful pharmacist at the in-store CVS. However, others express frustration with the store's layout and security measures. Many items, including socks, underwear, and personal care products, are locked up, requiring assistance from staff to access them. This has led to feelings of pressure and inconvenience, with customers waiting for employees to unlock items. The atmosphere in the store seems to cater more to younger shoppers, which some long-time visitors find disappointing. Additionally, there are complaints about aggressive sales tactics from AT&T representatives, which disrupt the shopping experience. While some customers enjoy the convenience of online pickup orders, they also miss the enjoyable experience of browsing the aisles. Overall, Target is seen as a store that has changed significantly over time. While some staff members receive praise for their helpfulness, the frequent need for assistance and the focus on security measures have left some customers feeling less satisfied with their visits.
