My screen kept locking up in large screen mode. Within 2 minutes the problem was fixed and the rep taught me how to avoid future problems like I was experiencing. I love my T-Mobile store. They are always so courteous and helpful.

My son and I were fortunate enough to work with Valerie R. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. Valerie expressed professionalism and knowledge with our problems (smartwatch not connecting to cell phone & applying screen protectors to our devices). I will never use another authorized retailer again, I will only shop at real T-Mobile stores... especially this one whenever possible. Thank you!

The wait is ludicrous. They need more staff. 2nd time trying to go in met with a 10+ line. Makes me reconsider their service.

Beware, they will mislead you and the manager will attempt to bully you in pathetic ways. Instead of owning their mistakes, they will bully you and try to make you think you are the problem. Go elsewhere, they are very unprofessional and not customer oriented

I went to this TMobile on Monday 1/30/24 and the girl there was very helpful and very nice . I wish I could have gotten her name. Bernalillo and Rio Rancho weren’t no help at all. All I needed was a sims card. Thank you and I am going to start going over when I need help.

Waited near the front for fifteen minutes for someone to acknowledge me in any way. Wanted to upgrade my phone. They weren't particularly busy. Nobody said anything or came over. Two of the employees were sitting at a table, one watching NFL. Will find another store. Very unprofessional.

McKenzie assisted me during my TMobile visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I would refer family and friends to her based on my interactions with her. T-Mobile is very fortunate to have her as an employee. It is visible she cares about her profession.

Came to this store after a different store (T-Mobile in Bernalillo in front of Walmart) caused so many errors and wouldn’t fix them. We were helped by the store manager Mario M. After he thoroughly listened to us, he fixed all our problems with a blink of his eye! He also found and fixed problems we had not noticed! Thank you Mario!! We would also like to acknowledge Johnas G.( representative # 1245369) for all his help! He kept in contact with us and called us back when he said he would! Both Mario and Johnas went above and beyond to help us and ultimately gave us a new faith in the T-Mobile business! I no longer regret leaving my old phone service after 27 years! Thanks guys! We will see you when ever we need to go back into a store!

Michael helped us with our issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to look into everything we asked about. I've been to many T-Mobile stores in Rio Rancho and the west side, this is by far the best customer service store I have been to.

We got new phones recently. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Christina Valenzuela was especially helpful and took the time to work through a voicemail issue with me. I recommend.

Garbage management I waited there for a while to be seen on a weekday. I literally spend thousands of dollars here, and I asked to use the restroom they said we have to send you down to Domino's down the way and he said everybody uses their restroom, and I asked him do you and he said no unbelievable to pay thousands of dollars here all the time and they won't even let you use the restroom

Knowledgeable staff and very nice as well. They were able to help me and my 2 grandsons, and we were all there for different reasons. The only bad thing was that we waited no less than an hour to be helped.
