Juana is a go to stylist. Absolutely amazing work and someone who really puts in the effort to make you look the best you possibly can. I let my hair grow way too long because I really didn’t like haircuts but Juana made me look too fresh and too clean I don’t think I can go back to growing it out.

Don't go here. The lady shaved one of my sideburns off and left the other with hair long enough to curl into my ear. The parts of my hair that were shaved down are uneven, with long hairs sticking out all over. And you can see exactly where she cut in lines on top of my head. The back of my head still has long hair in tufts.
I have short, straight, thin hair. It really shouldn't be hard to do a trim with a razor round the sides and back, and a trim on top. It's honestly the worst haircut I've ever gotten.

A bit disappointed. I checked in online, an hour wait for first available. I arrived 15 minutes early, the stylist came in 10 minutes early and took someone else who had contacted her privately on her cell phone. The receptionist argued with the stylist that the lady wasn’t on the list and there were 4 people waiting. The other stylist took me 5 minutes late. I was out 20 minutes later, they did give me a discount while the other stylist was still chatting and working on her friend, 30 minutes later! I gave my stylist a big tip.

Hands down the worst experience of my entire life. The manager was rude and disrespectful since the moment she brought me back to wash my hair. She washed my hair with HOT water, which was a RED FLAG. She gave me no reasons to trust her with my loooong hair which is nearly to butt. Still, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and sat in her chair. She continued to be passive aggressive so I ultimately changed my mind on the style I desired because I didn't think she was able to achieve my desired look. When she made her first cuts it was already uneven. When I informed her she than blamed it on my "cow lick". At that point I got up out of her chair and asked to speak to the manager, she than stated with aggression that she was the manager and there was no other person there that I could speak to and kept yelling $23.70 $23.70 $23.70 as if I weren't going to pay for the terrible service that I received.
Stylist: My stylist (the manager) did not give me her name just her supervisors name Carmen.
