This location is dying due to bad employees. It's so sad as I've been coming here for years, since it opened in this spot. It was a 5 star place for years. Unfortunately this was my last visit for a long while. I usually wait 6 months to try a place again hoping every employee has turned over. The state of fast food restaurants is in crisis mode now all around this city.

It's better off ordering in the store than ordering online ordered extra meat paid for it and they gave me less meat

The kid that served me called me Boss. Then he proceeded to wipe his knife on the bottom of his shirt because he didn't have an apron or anything else apparently, to clean the knife off with.I came back another day to hopefully not deal with this guy, and order a 6 footer for a party. This shirt knife guy took my order and said it would be easier if they made several 12" instead of a 6 footer and that they could put the veggies in cups for people to add as they want. I picked up the sandwiches and they added the veggies anyway. When I asked why he said bc it was easier for them to make them this way. This kid was some sort of a manager, I think, and he has no idea the needs of the customers. Haven't been back since.

The worst sub I ever had. This location cheap on the meat cheap on the add ons. You expect fresh food from subway, not this location. The Manger was rude. Not friendly at all. Will not return.

3/28/24 2:07pm I was riding down with my Honda Motorcompacto EBike on my way home and wanted to grab a bite. Now understand, this is no ordinary bike, it can compact into a small plastic table like thing that can be carried like a suitcase. The young lady working behind the counter said “You can NOT bring THAT in here!” Not a great tone, spoiled my lunch. ?

Subway has changed everything and not for the better. You can't even see the meat now, the bread was not fresh. What happened to the freshly sliced meats they advertised last year. Finally now the subs are one size fits all. If you make any changes you still pay the full price. I will not be back.

A person about 45 years, who works at this place was looking rudely at my 4-year-old son and me too. She wished everyone a good day, and she didn't say anything to me, she just grabbed his broom and clean my place. I NEVER GO BACK ! Bad experience! I ordered $53.00 in sandwiches. When I got home I was a Sandwich short. When I came back the lady told me I had to bring back all the sandwiches. She refused to give me her name and embarrassed me in front of customers and kicked me out of the store. Is this really how you run your business? I had a stroke in January. Have no income. And she made me feel like a lover. I live close by and have always given my business for the 30 years I've lived here. I will never give this place a fricken dime. This is the women who disgraced me.

I’ve lived in the area for over five years. We go to this Subway maybe once a week. But after this evening it looks like we will not be going back and we didnt even eat there.My 4 year old son needed to use the restroom. I go into the restaurant and ask if he can. The manager, Sheena, is quick with a snappy “NOPE! YOU GOTTA BUY SOMETHING FIRST”. I tell her Ill buy cookies after as my son needs to potty. She is holding to “NOPE. BUY THEM BEFORE”.So we leave to find another business that is friendly and empathetic and a few doors down, we were welcomed with open arms.I went back to asked the manager and owners name so I can file a complaint. The manager, Sheena, is defensive to my questions and lacks empathy for humanity, apparently.Managers can be on a power trip. I understand I was not a customer but it’s not like I was going to go take a bath in the sink. I also didnt want to stand there to pick and choose cookies or make a sandwich while my kiddo dances around to use the bathroom.

workers and managers are very unprofessional, lack hygiene and do not have the customer service that this great restaurant once had. Please fire all workers and start with a clean slate.

The customer service was very poor. She has attitude and I went when they had just opened and told me I had to wait another 10-15 minutes because they just opened. Why are they not getting everything ready prior to their opening hours?

Ordered my food online, got the notice it was ready. When we got to the store food was not ready, due to no white bread. They stated they called which they did not, than they did not want to slice any more turkey. Better for them to just say they didn’t have any? worst store service, we’ve have come here several times and experienced the same service! The girl sitting down stuffing her face leaving the poor new kid to help customers they messed up on as well.

This stop is sooooo slow. Three people behind the counter and yet the line does not move in a timely fashion. Stood in line for 20 minutes just to get to the glass. Don't come here of you are in a hurry or wanting quick service. ?:(

This location has lost my business. The manager young kid was arguing with me saying he's training a new team and the store was closed. Subway sucks
