Took an hour drive out to their new location in order to buy a birthday present. Google hours stated they were open Saturdays and Sundays. Drove up and they had a sign posted in the door saying they were closed for the winter. Really wish the had posted it on their website or changed their google hours before I drove out there. If you’re planning on going I suggest maybe calling first to see if they are actually open.

Achat d'une figurine de Vanessa RamirezReçu en France mais a Omis de me dire qu'il y avait 75€ de frais de douanes et ne me répond plus pour ma demande de facture officielle du magasin .Bref c'est vraiment dommage d'être obligé de passer par cette galerie qui se sucre au passage pour avoir une figurine de Vanessa Ramirez.Je ne recommande pas cette galerie qui n'est pas professionnel .

After driving from Albuquerque to Algonones where their new store is located (and open only five hours Saturday and Sunday), I waited in line for 15 minutes to get no help whatsoever. The people in front of me were assisted but I was not. Maybe they didn't see me standing there holding some merchandise I wanted to purchase. Maybe I am a ghost or maybe I was the only person of color there. The store is quirky but stuffy and very small. It is a converted house with creaky wooden floors, and cameras in every corner of every room. Find a way to purchase directly from the artists and ignore this place because they will ignore you.

My wife and I love this store, it's really one of the only stores we go to when we come to Albuquerque. Amazing artists and gifts galore!!

This is my favorite store in Albuquerque! It is fun, funky and fresh and I absolutely LOVE IT. I have been shopping here for years and always find something new and exciting to take home with me and/or buy as a gift for friends and family. They have the cutest gallery space and really highlight the talent of local artists.Whenever I have visitors come from out of town, Stranger Factory is always on the "must-see" list. All of that being said, the staff is great too. Karl is super friendly and knowledgeable and a great artist to boot! Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

The store is filled with creative dolls and books, and items. There is a small gallery in the back, and the front part is a store. The store associate was very helpful and gave me some information on the artists I liked. Would come back again and again, but I'm only here to visit. Thank you Stranger Factory!
