My wife's computer was running slow. Southwest Cyberport was able to take a look at the computer the next day. They quickly diagnosed it and fixed it for a reasonable price. We will call again when needed!

Awesome Customer service! 100% terrible Wifi and has charged twice on the first of the month Every. Single. Month. Glad that Starlink is now available in New Mexico (Same price 10x the speed and reliability)

They have provided consistent, quality customer service for the couple of years that I have had internet service through them. Absolutely no complaints; calls are answered promptly, issues are resolved quickly, and they provide a variety of services.Great local company!Update from 2022: Southwest Cyberport still great. One of their employees even called to see if I was okay after a couple statements got returned due to a mail issue ????

Well, I just called Southwest Cyberport a few minutes ago to ask about installing home internet service. When I asked the person at Southwest Cyberport if I could talk to someone about home internet service, he replied in a rather nasty condescending voice "what about it?". I just hung up at that point. I'll look for another local internet provider who is bothered by a simple phone call.

Great provider! Fast better DSL service at the same cost as direct from provider. NOTE: call, do not drop in. They are very responsive by email or phone, but several people are working from home because of pandemic restrictions.

We have our Internet for our Home through Southwest Cyberport. It's been uneventful, but on the Occasion when it's not they have your back big time. Customer Service is TRULY their forte. They answer the phone, are patient and go above and beyond to help. You could go straight to the Vendor, ours is Century Link but you have the people behind your Service instead of a toll free number and long hold. Richard is Super helpful and friendly along with the rest of the staff. Also, it's a bit cheaper to go through them as well, which never is a bad thing. Highly recommend them and I am not easily pleased, so it's a huge compliment to their Service!

Southwest Cyberport may be the very best run company in New Mexico! Everyone there is both remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. Having their servers on site gives them a tremendous service advantage. For big or small needs, they are able to respond so quickly. Without reservations, I give them the highest recommendation!

If you have an issue, they got the extra mile to help you. It's the same people answering the phone, which makes it nice. On top of that they have great deals.

Best ISP I've ever used! I finally got fed up with the likes of Comcast and CenturyLink with their dreadful customer service, greed, and incompetence. I switched to SWCP and used their service for several years without any problems. Yes, I paid a bit more, but it was worth every penny because I got what I paid for. There is virtually no hold time when calling customer service. The staff is well-trained, intelligent, polite, and local. They never once raised the price I was paying. I was heartbroken when I had to move out of state and had to find a different ISP.

These guys are super on point with their information that they give, especially Jared. He was amazing and I learned a lot from him! I never felt like he was trying to get me to buy a package just for the sake of selling but I really felt like he just wanted to give me the best deal. The world needs more people like this man!
