Melanie Fowler, FNP-BC, is a very caring and knowledgeable professional and has taken such a great care of my mother, restoring her heath stability after a long illness. I am so grateful to the clinic staff as well who is always curteous and the amazing pharmacy staff in helping patients with prompt service and clinical pharmacy consultations.

This is the worst possible clinic to go to. They do not communicate or respond with answers to questions. My provider was only available 2 days a week and could not call in basic prescriptions. In my time of need they completely failed me. Find anywhere else to go.

Really 3.5. For most things they are good but not great about notifying you that an appointment is by zoom. Which is normally ok, except when they change it without notice and youve just deiven an hour for your appointment. I have a prescription that I have to see a clinician for every month. The problem is that they can't keep someone in that position. The clinician they do have for it only comes once a month and even then she will most likely switch to video without notice. Been without my prescription for 3 months because she doesn't do "bridges" to get you by. Really frustrating and about to lose my job bc I don't have the medication I need to be healthy enough to work.

I contracted HEP C by sharing needles in 2015 with that being said Hello I am having a good day and wonderful night now this review is overdue I got sober in December 2017 and in January 2018 I reached out to several places for HEP C Treatment this place reached back and helped me I went through the program properly was given a medication that cured my HEP C called MAVYRET Studies showed cure rates varied from 95%–99%, for those new to treatment.Cure means no Hep C virus found in the blood 3 months after treatment ends. Individual results may vary. after 8 weeks of making sure I took my medication exactly the same time every day for the full time the doctor was very kind and explained everything to me very clearly I have not gone back to that lifestyle that got me HEP C and I am happy with my partner and pumpkin ? stay safe and well-sending prayers and positive thoughts to everyone who works at this Treatment center they are very friendly and understanding of life challenges in other people's lives ? thank you so much. ?

Providers and staff are very kind and polite but also the agency is very disorganized. Frequently, we have to go to the office to get an appointment because their phones do not work. I have tried messaging through the portal and do not get responses. I feel like I have gotten less than optimal healthcare because it is so hard to contact them. However when I am there the staff and providers treat my wife and I with respect. It’s a mixed bag.

Good luck in actually getting to see a Doctor The staff in general are rude .this place has gone downhill since it's conception.

Love it here! I feel very comfortable and seen, LGBTQIA+ friendly!! All my doctors and nurses treat me extremely well and are respectful and kind. I feel I'm always getting the best care and treatment here and never feel shamed, rushed, or unimportant either. Great pharmacy on-site too! Highly recommend to everyone

I would also give them negative stars if I was able! This is by far the worst medical clinic I have ever visited. The staff do not ever follow up with patients, they don't send out blood and urine tests in a timely way, don't inform patients of the results of the tests, never answer the phone, they rarely have appointments available within six months and their general attitude is one of a big middle finger raised to your face. This is, in short, abysmal care. AVOID, GO ELSEWHERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The clinic staff are friendly and respectful, there are gender-neutral bathrooms present, and there is a sliding pay scale for medication for those of us who cannot afford it.

Great appointment, great staff except for A in the lab who seemed to think a 'making liberal cry again' Trump travel mug was appropriate to have facing patients and that her mask was a chin strap

Consistently bad care. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone for basic scheduling and god help you if you need to follow up on something more complex. I’ve given this clinic a few tries with the hopes that each bad encounter was just a fluke, but nope. On top of everything, I’ve been misgendered every single time I’ve visited or called this clinic (AFTER sharing my pronouns multiple times with everyone). It’s hilarious to me when I walk in and see the “safe space” stickers and Pride flags everywhere, because apparently those only apply to certain types of queer and trans folks. After waiting on a video call for 35 mins today with no sign of the doctor (after being told there was *no one* in line ahead of me) and eventually having to end the call without being seen because it made me late for work, I guess I need to begin the long process of finding another doctor, yet again. And because I know management will respond to this review with “email us or call us,” - I filled out your complaint form weeks ago and never heard back. When I call the number you suggest, there is almost NEVER an answer. When I did call and asked to speak to a clinic manager, I was met with attitude and told to file a complaint online (they refused to transfer me to anyone else who could help). I wish I could understand the okay and good reviews I’ve seen here, but I’m honestly baffled. The only good thing about this clinic was Chanel (apologies if I’m misremembering your name), Dr. Saimons’ nurse/assistant? who helped me get referrals last week that I’ve been requesting from the front desk since MAY of this year. I am generally pretty flexible and forgiving when it comes to medical care, because as a disabled person I’ve received terrible care in the past and anything is usually better than that. But this place has frustrated me to no end and makes me dread getting even basic medical care handled. The only regret I have about moving home to NM after ten years in NYC is the awful medical care I receive now that I’m home. It’s truly embarrassing.UPDATE: as expected, the managers of this page have asked me to call or email with my complaints, ignoring the comments in this review saying that I already HAVE emailed multiple times with no reply, and can almost never get someone on the phone. I was never contacted to reschedule after the doctor left me hanging for 35 mins. I called again today to speak to Grace, the office manager, and she wasn't available. I highly doubt I'll hear back.

I've tried to set up a check up for an infection a week ago, sending a very urgent message about my pain to my PCP, Tam. NEVER got a response back. Eventually the infection got so bad within the next few days that I had to go to the ER.I'm STILL trying to get a check up or at least someone to look at it and help. I'm in serious medical distress. As soon as I'm in a non-emergency situation I will definitely look for somewhere else that treats me with respect.
