My wife had an appointment for a haircut and style for 8:30 in the morning. She got pushed back to 10 and when she went to the counter Anna Lee Montano informed her that she only had a shampoo and style. When my wife showed her the text that indicated both haircut and style she just said sorry. There was no attempt by Anna to fix her error. I would not recommend this Salon to any friend or foe.
The good news is that Tony and Guy across the street did a fantastic job on her hair and provided great customer service. Thanks Tony and Guy!

I love coming to Sola Salon on Holly Ave, and have loved it since the day it opened. I gladly weathered through the restrictions during COVID with the locked doors, then not locked, then locked again but w/ a buzzer where we could directly buzz our salonist to unlock the door, and now locked but no buzzer and have to text our salonist to either remotely unlock the dooror physically unlock it. While I love the safety that a 24-hour door provides both client and salonist, I will have to say that I have grown weary of waiting outside in the cold, wind, and rain when it's bad weather, I do wish you would hire a door person to sit at the front door to allow immediate access to clients upon their arrival.

STILL UPSET!! It has been months since Marissa Ramirez put highlights in my hair. My hair got so much damage that the breakage looks like I had cut layers in my hair. I am still trying to recover from the damage!!Your hair is the first thing people see.Be careful who you trust with it!!!Still angry about it!!!When I asked for a refund for the damage that was caused. Marissa Ramirez denied me my money back.
