Sol fitness is my go to gym when I'm in town, it is always clean and has the right equipment! Tyrone has got to be the best trainer in ABQ, never fails to correct my form and show me new techniques!

Great local gym and owners. Big enough to do everything I need, but not supersized where makes it impersonal and inconvenient

Great place to work out, all equipment is very new and well maintained. Staff was also extremely helpful.
