Their instacart shoppers are a joke. I called to report my drinks were leaking and appeared to be dropped. The person I spoke to made very inappropriate comments about my name and how much he liked the sound of it. Then he kept asking me what my home address was even though I gave him my phone number and offered the order number. He started singing to me...like what? I asked him several times if it was Kroger instacart as he kept laughing and making inappropriate comments. I called the Krogers where I purchased the items and was on hold for a long time, the manager never picked up. I will not be ordering delivery, or shopping at that location ever again.

This place is pathetic. None of the employees seemed to care to find the key to open the propane cage up so I could get a 20lb tank. I literally stood there for like 5 min then some elderly lady acted as if she was going to help me but instead she left for 20 minutes. I asked her for an update when I saw her texting on her phone. She said oh yeah we lost the key. Shut thus location down.

Location is frequently busy with long lines, slow registers, and store does not appear as clean or organized and presented as well as most other locations.

This Smith's says they are only open until 10pm but they are supposed to be open until 11pm like all the others. They will not let you in past 10:40pm in my experience and they tell you their registers close at 10:50pm so they can go home a few mins earlier....

Great place to grocery shop, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing this store is always out of is Smith's Signature bread ?. They were also out of the King's Hawaiian four pack dinner rolls. Other than that, everything was ok.

On numerous occasions the meat department and deli department are just reducing prices to sell expired products this is with management knowledge and approval because when it is brought to their knowledge they do nothing about it

For being in the ghetto of Albuquerque its not the worst. Not the safest area, but for locals it's a good place for quick 20 items or less. Find pretty much everything I need here and always restocked. Just be aware of your surroundings in the parking lot.

Cameron was very rude and unprofessional. I had a very unpleasant experience because of his unnecessary and possibly discriminatory actions and behavior. The Kroger family needs to do better. Specifically the Lomas location. Generally speaking Smiths has been very good in the past. I hope this isn’t a sign of the type of change this company is pursuing because if it is I will not be spending any money with Kroger any longer.

The light skinned black security guard is literally one of those people who is biased against themselves. I've gone to this Smith's for years with no problems, never stole and never been followed until today. You can tell he's new, he's young and obviously was not raised right. Anyway I'll just be going to Walmart from now on, if I'm gonna be treated like a criminal at least I can save money while doing it.

Calista in money services department is so rude she always gives people dirty looks, I tried to let somebody go in front of me because I didn’t want to interact with Calista because every time she helps me she is so rude and makes it known she doesn’t like to be there, the lady I tried to let go first said she didn’t like Calista either. She doesn’t greet or pay attention to customers even if they’re right in front of her.

Jackie is an exemplary employee at Smiths. On July 1, 2024, I accidentally overpaid her by $20. Despite my oversight, she promptly returned the extra amount. Jackie's beauty is matched by the kindness of her heart. I urge management to recognize her integrity.
