2 security guards wrongly accused my mom of stealing flowers and wouldn't let her get her receipt out so she ended up throwing the flowers out the car. They got very aggressive so as she tried getting in her car, one leg still out the door, one of them shuts the door on her, pressing her leg and neck down again the door. My mom closed the door and we threw a foam cup that had some soda in it at them as self defense causing one of them to start hitting the window probably trying to break it to hit us. Cops took forever and did nothing. She talked to various employees about the flowers before-hand and even had to scan them a couple times due to register glitches of some sort. Be careful, they might try to assault you for any reason too, they’re obviously on a power trip of some sort with a lot of anger issues!

Overheard a manager VERY rudely and publicly scolding one of their employees. It sounded like a temper tantrum from a teenager! I feel badly for whoever has to work at this place. Not shopping here again if I can help it

Do not use any of the services provided. I think the manager is very unprofessional. Called me a b for talking smack bc the coinstar machine is broken with no out of order sign. I never used the machine before and put my entire life savings in there and it didn’t count. He told me he didn’t need to be helping me. I know a scam when I see one. Please be careful. Half my money is gone now: I just needed some cash until my first paycheck. Thanks a lot! God bless

Very limited stock, no inventory of multiple sale items and no rain checks offered by the manager, who was horribly rude, indifferent and absolutely did not care. Will NOT shop here again!
