Always willing to explain and help me to get a discount. Friendly service, know the products, and last time I had an issue with the doctors office on sending my medication they helped me out. Definitely would recommend them. I have a Walgreens by my neighborhood but am willing to come this way because they're that helpful, at least for my experience.

This is the most un-organized grocery store I've ever been in. The layout is all over the place and it takes so long to find anything. Along with that Joanna is one of the rudest cashiers ever. She has horrible customer service and when asked simple questions about coupons or deals it is liked we ruined her whole day. If this store wasn't close to our house we would never go here. Some days I go out of my way to drive up to Albertsons in the heights to avoid this store.

It's interesting that picking up miniscule pieces of trash in the parking lot are more important than getting shopping carts.

The last 2 times I shopped at Smith's I was overcharged. Once on a pecan pie to the tune of $3.50 and today on a 12 pack of beer for $3.50. Grocery prices are outrageous already.

A few years ago the Tramway/Central store was a decent place to shop. Now it's ghetto. Dying plants, elderly produce, PAST DATE GROCERY ITEMS ON THE SHELVE, MOLDY GOODS IN THE BAKERY, meat prices scary, everything so expensive. And the check out policy--those little bean counting kiosks that buyers are supposed to use. Those things are impossible, and if anything goes wrong, the managers act like they own them and are offended that we are unable to use them. Need to use cash? Too bad. Need cash back? Tough. Poor baby, you want a receipt? Too bad. The thing freezes up? You need a manager, or just help? That's really too bad. So...we are there at 6 pm tonight. One cashier with a line 12 carts long. Go to the self check out. Its packed and there's one person to help. She's running hard, but my self check out unit has just blanked, and the one on the right has a customer in tears. The one on my left has a confused gentleman staring in horror. It takes an awful lot of time but we finally stagger out with no receipt. There seem to be no supervisors working, and very little staff. Why is that? The management knows it's average number of customers at any hour, so why not staff appropriately? Why are there so few functioning self check out units and so few humans to help? WHY are there not real life cashiers? This is corporate culture gone wrong. We all watched it happen in the newspapers this last year. The CEO took a 2 million dollar bonus. I'm going shopping somewhere else.

I normally would never even think about leaving a review but wow, Elizabeth was so rude and hostile… I may have been in the wrong but didn’t have to make me feel like less than a human and feel bad about asking questions and understanding the situation.

The lady that attended us today was very rude! When Joanna (cashier) was scanning our items she was roughly throwing our items to the bagger. Joanna had attitude the whole time she was attending us. I believe that if you're a cashier you should always attend your customers in the nicest way possible. When my cousin asked her if the smith discount card work, she rudely said "it doesn't always discount money"! If she's attending her customers rudely I believe she shouldn't be on the clock!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. OMG. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I ordered 3 boxes of Boost protein drink. That's it. I was to pick up order between 6-7. It was 6:45. A girl came to my car and said all orders have been pushed out 2 hours because they are short staffed. Omg. I have places to be, things to do. That's not ok. OK maybe if I had this giant order where it was going to take them a long time to gather everything maybe I could see pushing it out another hour ! but two hours and all I ordered was boost protein drink that's it! So the girl said she would try and go grab my boxes and came back to my car with the wrong boost drinks. I let her know they were incorrect and she said she didn't think they had the ones I wanted. So I asked for a refund and tried to call the manager. So I tried to call the manager. The phone Literally rang for eight minutes I even took a picture so you can see for yourself. Oh and then I decided to drive back and go see for myself if they had any of the boosts I had wanted and there was one box on the shelf. Omg.So I am writing this review. I will not shop here anymore.

I have been going to this place for many years. And these recent months they have constantly been messing up with my prescriptions that I have been getting for year's. They take my refill request then have me waiting for day's sometimes week's. This medication can't just be stopped suddenly and they don't seem to care. When I address them they want to play the blame game.They never take responsibility for their mistakes. Also David has made me feel like I'm a drug seeker with some of the comments he has made to me.I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I will no longer be felt like I am a drug seeker .This is the wrong profession for him.He has zero compassion for his patient's. I have many health issues that I have to deal with on a daily basis the last thing I need or want is to be emotionally hurt. He needs to stop being so judgemental to his customers that pay his salary. Signed, Disappointed and frustrated
