The Silver Owl is a wonderful place to purchase jewelry and also to have jewelry (both fine and costume) repaired. I've been a Silver Owl customer for about 15 years, and the quality of the work they do and the customer service are top-notch. Highly recommend.

I went to Silver Owl to have a ring of mine resized and was very pleased with the service and assistance I received. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and took good care of my ring. It only took them a week to get it back to me and their master jeweler did an excellent job. The rink is the one with the tooth on my middle finger in the photo.

The owner, Paula, is fantastic--helpful, knowledgeable. I was looking for a difficult to find item and they had exactly what I needed. I'm in the process of resetting some stones in a new ring and excited about working with Paula on the design.

Paula & Beverly are the best! I went in knowing what I wanted and Beverly was able to direct me to a purchase exactly what I was looking for. Paula asked me a few questions and was able to provide beautiful set of diamond earrings, I bought them immediately. Wonderful store, my wife loved both gifts so much!

Bought my ring in to get it sized and replace two stones spoke to the jeweler who was extremely nice and the owner Paula was nice as well They were both really amazing people. Then I ran into the short haired sales girl, the jeweler told me that they had the stones in for my ring and they were available. The sales girl said they were not and I would be charged a premium. The owner and the jeweler were so nice. I still want to give her the business. The stones that were placed ended up falling out Shortly after. I came back in and ran into the sales girl who was extremely rude She started to yell at me at the door Arguing about when I got The stones put in like it really mattered. Either way I will not be coming back to the location for any type of service or purchase. I got the stones replaced and sized in at a reputable jewelry store for $125 cheaper than they had charged me originally they also secured the stones in so it would not fall out again

My heart is truly touched by Silver Owl and their competence and care. I needed to have my wedding band (a modern take on a traditional Indian wedding ring) resized and took it to a shop in San Francisco (where I live), where they completely destroyed the enamel and attempted to cover it up with some black paint. With 4 days to my wedding, I was in a panic. I was referred to Silver Owl, and Paula and Phil returned the ring to nearly 100% back to normal. Paula was kind enough to stay late to receive my ring once I landed in Albuquerque. And Phil masterfully removed the destroyed enamel, restored it, and kept me informed throughout the process. I got the ring back the day before the wedding, and aside from even more hair falling out of my head, all was back on track. Thank you, Paula, Phil, and Silver Owl for helping to make our wedding day as stress-free as possible!
