“I have so much gratitude to print express - don't go anywhere else in the city for printing graphics. THEY CARE. I sent in a rush order of 300 flyers and being a newbie in graphic design, i created my product in RGB without converting to CMYK. I used a very specific shade of blue that turns to purple when straight converted to CMYK, and Print express emailed me to let me know the printed result would look quite different, and would i like for one of their graphic designers to fix it (free of charge of course)? I agreed, and the result was a beautiful, high quality set of flyers. Any other printing company, particularly the big corporate ones, would have printed as is and I would have been extremely disappointed. Thank you Print Express Team for your patience, attention to detail and empathy. Quite an endearment to shopping local!”

“I've gone through UPS and USPS a long time for printing and shipping purposes. Their service has just gone donehill. Instead of saying yes to their customer, they always say no. There's this issue, or that restriction, or that policy.
FedEx Office, particularly my last two visits and Carrie taking care of my print job today. She didn't know it was an urgent document, but she called me 2 hours before it was supposed to be done to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Super, friendly, fast, and efficient service from her! I will never use USPS or UPS again. This is the store I choose from now on. Thank you, FedEx Office and Carrie!”
