“I had two packages I needed to send. One had to be sent UPS and the other had to be sent via USPS. This UPS location was very convenient and because it was Sunday, not crowded at all. However, because it was Sunday, and these were returns, I needed proof that I had sent the USPS package, but there was no post office open that day.
I happened to mention this as I was dropping off the UPS package. I was so surprised that they were able to accept the other package as well, and they were able to provide a receipt saying that I had dropped it off. The clerk was very helpful and kind. Most importantly, by being able to help me with this package, the UPS store saved me a few hundred dollars on a cell phone I needed to return via USPS by that day. I thought I was familiar with the services UPS store provided, and I have always had good experiences at various locations. however, I learned something new with this experience and I am grateful to the clerk and the store.”

“A great guy help me on July 7th, I needed a digital copy and a hatd copy of a document. I tried all morning got mad. Thought about where to get it done and this UPS store popped in my maps and I'm glad it did. Walked in and he was beyond helpful. He was able to do all that in minutes and made my day. Walked out a happy man. Then get this, I get home and my mother in law asks me if I had envelopes and I said I would be right back. No kidding got back to the store they hooked me up and I got brownie points with the mother in law. Great guy I wish I knew your name, Thank You”

“I travel a lot and was receiving mail at a previous UPS store. I now realize how much mail I wasn’t getting. Although it took awhile to transition, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager will personally address issues and I appreciate what they have to deal with each day as people can be rude. They don’t set the prices and always offer options to send packages. Very nice group of people and they do provide good customer service.”

“Shalene at the Staples Menaul location is absolutely fantastic. She helped me with a heayvweight poster board for my wedding as well as menu cards. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and cut nicely. She made my day brighter and wedding prep way easier!! I talked to several other customers who raved about her and said they only come to this Staples location because of her. She basically runs the store in my opinion - answering several questions from different employees and customers without batting an eye.”

“Mark went way over and above for me. I had accidently discarded all my mail in the morning. I was on my cell phone and thought I had deleted one item. In the afternoon I went to see my mail and it was all gone. I panicked for a moment and then called Postnet NM in Albuquerque. Mark was put on the phone and I told him my dilemma. He said he would do his best to find it amongst all the other discarded mail. He said to check my mailbox later because he would repost any mail he had found. I checked it before I went to bed and it was all there. Mark, you definitely went to extra mile. Your extra effort saved my butt. And this was near the end of his workday. Excellent customer service and one kind human being!!”
“Been receiving my packages there over a yr. It's been excellent service....

Since the 25th we've been asking about a package we ordered. Associates told us, more then once, that they never received it. Finally went online to track it after se eral attempts. And it went to the Post office I went 3 times to the post office, they kept telling me, it was delivered.
Once again this morning stopped a the post office. The associates there gave a print out of signatures from the mailman the delivered it and the associate at the UPS Store. Now they want to. Charge me late fees, when the associates I spoke with told they didn't have the package. Didn't e even try to search for it.
The person that signed to receive the package should pay the package. I would ask the owner to ask future employees about shipping, receiving, and handling packages, realize that these associate our in customer service, its about helping the paying customer and being lazy, because they don't want to take the time to search for info for a customer.”

“Megan was the person that helped me. While waiting in line, I noticed how wonderful she was totge previous customers. She would advise them not to throw away their tracking receipt until they were notified package was received. When people said thank you, she stated that it was her pleasure. She printed out flyers for me and also helped me with having postcards printed through your website. Megan was absolutely WONDERFUL. I am giving her the highest score rating for professionalism and personalism.”

But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.”

“I will go out of my way to bring my office mail to this post office rather than the Uptown Office! I spent an hour today with Greg while he worked away on my 30 certified/return receipt mailings and learned so much about him and his family as he talked to me while working. Not only did I get to know him, but I met Mikey (I believe that was his name), who has helped me before. I got to witness Greg greet other customers that have returned to do mailings that he also knows by name and the same with Mikey. These two gentleman are the reason I return because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND their duties as postal workers. They treat every person that walks in that building as if they were friends they have known all their life! Mr. Greg, it was a pleasure talking to you today sir. “I love this depot! Super fast in and out for anything you've pre-labled. Love it that they are open until 6pm Monday-Friday. Lots of parking. This place is so much faster than going to a UPS store if all you're doing is dropping off. I'm here several times a week and I've never had an issue!”

“Great place for mailing. They have a lot of packing materials and many different size boxes for your mailing needs. They do FedEx as well. Priced well and seems they are happy not gouging customers for every penny like other businesses do. Good attitudes all around and helpful. Dogs seem protective but not vicious or threatening. Six Star establishment!”
