“Great place for mailing. They have a lot of packing materials and many different size boxes for your mailing needs. They do FedEx as well. Priced well and seems they are happy not gouging customers for every penny like other businesses do. Good attitudes all around and helpful. Dogs seem protective but not vicious or threatening. Six Star establishment!”

“I've gone through UPS and USPS a long time for printing and shipping purposes. Their service has just gone donehill. Instead of saying yes to their customer, they always say no. There's this issue, or that restriction, or that policy.
FedEx Office, particularly my last two visits and Carrie taking care of my print job today. She didn't know it was an urgent document, but she called me 2 hours before it was supposed to be done to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Super, friendly, fast, and efficient service from her! I will never use USPS or UPS again. This is the store I choose from now on. Thank you, FedEx Office and Carrie!”
“There was initially a line, but I was helped out by Colton who was able to get me service right away when the other two service people were helping out others. There was also initial trouble finding a package, but he went above and beyond to find it for me. His service was great, and his upbeat attitude was contagious!”

“Mark went way over and above for me. I had accidently discarded all my mail in the morning. I was on my cell phone and thought I had deleted one item. In the afternoon I went to see my mail and it was all gone. I panicked for a moment and then called Postnet NM in Albuquerque. Mark was put on the phone and I told him my dilemma. He said he would do his best to find it amongst all the other discarded mail. He said to check my mailbox later because he would repost any mail he had found. I checked it before I went to bed and it was all there. Mark, you definitely went to extra mile. Your extra effort saved my butt. And this was near the end of his workday. Excellent customer service and one kind human being!!”

“The times I've gone in the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Today was no exception. Some people complain about the hours and that they're not open on the weekend. This is really a location meant for those who work in Downtown. In other words, the hours aren't an issue because one can easily go during their break or lunch, and it's an easy walk from most places. The main office is on Broadway, which is about a five minute drive if you must conduct your business outside of this location's hours.”
“The airport office flooded, and they're closed for construction as of 10-31-2023. They accept parcels with preprinted labels only at the next stairway to the left. Ring bell.”

“Staples is amazing! As an artist, I use their printing services and self service copy machines all the time. Easy to use and super convenient. Yesterday I was there, and accidently left my credit card at the copy machine. (Gasp). When I finally remembered where I left it, and rushed back there, I discovered they had found it. While I was waiting to talk to an associate, I listened to him tell a client about their reasonably priced tech support for computers. I think that’s going to be my next purchase!”
“I will go out of my way to bring my office mail to this post office rather than the Uptown Office! I spent an hour today with Greg while he worked away on my 30 certified/return receipt mailings and learned so much about him and his family as he talked to me while working. Not only did I get to know him, but I met Mikey (I believe that was his name), who has helped me before. I got to witness Greg greet other customers that have returned to do mailings that he also knows by name and the same with Mikey. These two gentleman are the reason I return because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND their duties as postal workers. They treat every person that walks in that building as if they were friends they have known all their life! Mr. Greg, it was a pleasure talking to you today sir.
