These folks are AWESOME! I have a small account there, but I’m treated like I’m a major corporation! I needed a match paint made up from 2017 and they had issues with the mix and it came out incorrect. No issues because these folks bent over backwards to get it right! Stephanie and Seth were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure my color was corrected, then made sure all the data in the computer was corrected so it’s perfect the next time as well. I love their customer service above all else! And let me tell you, there is no better paint then Sherwin-Williams! I have matched paint 5 years later with virtually no difference in appearance. Their paint is the best on the market, hands down! Go there and be blessed!

The guy was helpful in finding the paint match. Laid back. I went in around 3 and the employee answered all my questions. Polite, professional and will be doing business again with them soon.

I bought a gallon of paint over the weekend and the paint didn’t sit well on the doors we were painting. So we ended up going to Home Depot to for a different brand. Monday 12/6 I came back to return the paint for a refund and spoke with Alexa and she gave me way more information than the guy who helped me Sunday. He definitely had an attitude issue of some sort. He didn’t ask a lot questions or explain anything. Just rang me up and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional. Alexa informed me that the paint I bought needed to cure for a certain amount of time, there were certain brushes and rollers that helped this particular paint come out great and the paint was for doors that were not already painted (which we figured out before hand). I just wanted to return the paint for a refund but I couldn’t. I was told by the corporate office that I needed to escalate it to the district manager. Alexa is the bright spot of this store. Hire more people like her

Blown away at the customer service level received from Alexa. She is very professional and does exactly what she says she's going to do. This is now our store for our apartment complex paint needs. Such a great job Alexa, thank you. Your customer service standard is the bar this world needs

I purchased paint from another Sherwin-Williams location during the 30% off sale. I asked them, Incase I need more or if paint don’t match will I be able to get another gallon at sale price. I was told they would honor the sale price as long as it’s within 2 days. Today I stoped by this location since it was on my way home. The man at this store told me that I have to go back to same location to honor the 30% off sale since the sale was over the day before yesterday. Wow, that’s not a very good customer service. They could have just take care of my one gallon needs and let me know what to expect next time. I needed more brushes, rollers and primer to cover the unmatched paint that none were on sale anyway but they lost sales on all that because I stoped at Lowe’s and pick up the paint, brushes and the primer. Not what expected from Sherwin-Williams.
