Im a long time costumer at this location and I have to say that I have never had such horrible costumer service and such a negative energy. There is a guy name Ray at this location and he really needs to learn what costumer service is. Go elsewhere and save yourself bad vibes that will destroy your day.Will not come back!

Go elsewhere! I have been a long-time, frequent customer of this Sherwin Williams location, and today their incredibly rude customer service made me re-think that decision! For the first time in many years as an almost-monthly customer of this location, I needed to return an unused, still-wrapped product (one part of a large order). The clerk was rude, unpleasant and hostile and stormed off without speaking further to me. I stood there in confusion until another employee told me “it’s a whole process.” The rude clerk eventually returned (the “whole process” took just a few minutes) to tell me they could refund only part of what was owed. That news would have been better received if the entire interaction had not been abusive and rude.

This used to be a favorite SW store, until two recent occurrences. When I needed basic outdoor satin Super Paint a few weeks ago, I was told they were out and suggested I try a store on the other side of town. I went to another SW store a couple of miles away, where they had the paint. Do they compete or want customers to not find the easiest solution? I went in today for supplies and had to listen to AM political far-right radio being broadcast loudly from the paint room. I found it offensive and poor business.

This used to be my go-to paint store, but the last few months the service has been terrible. They told me the Super Paint I needed was only available across town. In fact, I easily found it 2 miles away at another Sherwood Williams. This morning, the staff was broadcasting political shock am radio loud enough for us all to hear. Offensive, and will avoid this store in the future.

In the store looking at paint samples for approximately 20 minutes while three customers were being helped. At least two of the three employees later finished with their customers but never asked if I needed help. As a courtesy, store employees would at least say will be right with you in a moment. However, I was ignored and soon left the store. From my experience, this was "LOUSY" customer service!

The staff are always willing to answer my questions about products or how to complete special tasks. The store is clean, the paint is great quality, color selection is great and the lighting in the store makes the colors more true for selection for my interior projects. I have called at the last minute and have never been put off or told they were too busy. Staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous explaining techniques and even providing typed written instructions on request. I feel very comfortable making my purchases at Sherwin-Williams.

I was unable to get a close enough or correct paint match from home depot or lowes.. but Sherwin-Williams did it ! I will take a paint matching or future paint jobs from Sherwin-Williams
