THIS is the worst store ever. The store manager John is very abusive to his workers. Someone needs to look into this. He isn't nice to customers either. I don't even know how he has been here this long. He smells like liquor all the time too.

I took paint to be matched. The color was correct but the texture was not correct. I was sold the incorrect product and the
man who sold it to me admitted to it!
I had to get the correct product at another store clear on the other side of town. I had workers waiting at the house so they could finish the job. Made something that should have been easy very complicated and inconvenient. ?

Engaging customer service (e.g. "Welcome In" with eye contact, "How can I help you today", "Do you like the regular size paint stirrers, or do you prefer the large ones?", "How about some lid openers...this end is for the can and this end for your adult beverage", et cetera). Moreover, he just brought the order out to my car on a hand truck without asking if I would like any help....then loaded it in for me. Engagement = Customer Loyalty = Repeat Business & Word of mouth promotion = SUCCESS. Cha-Ching!!

Two different paint samples made a Lowe's with a chip of the actual paint and neither matched. The guys at Sherwin Williams are the experts--they made up a great sample that was all but indistinguishable from the original chip. Great service, done quickly, extremely friendly.
